What do you like best about StackAdapt?

The account team at StackAdapt offer our independent agency access to Programmatic media buying that would be unattainable via other providers without significant investment in systems and personnel. They're incredibly supportive when it comes to offering advice on areas such as campaign structure or assisting in implementation. What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?

As mentioned, StackAdapt enables us to access Programmatic inventory without employing specific individuals in-house to plan and buy this channel. This frees up our time to focus on delivering specialism across other media channels, whilst maintaining a high level of service to our clients, safe in the knowledge that Programmatic is being covered by an expert Partner. What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?

At a large corporation like Hilton we're surprisingly limited in terms of what we're able to do from an audience and targeting standpoint. Particularly with how our web structure is built, retargeting and pixel options are basically non-existent. What do you like best about StackAdapt?

I like that I'm able to use stack adapt regardless of campaigns scale. So many DSPs try to wall off advertisers behind huge minimums where StackAdapt is brining high quality RTB campaigns to everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

I think the machine learning and bidding algorithm options are probably a little bit behind compared to some of the largest DSPs. For a large retargeting campaign I would be more inclined to go with an RTB House or similar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The team at StackAdapt deserves so much recognition. Our Account team is phenomenal and continues to impress us each review we have.

The Native performance has outperformed all of the other DSPs we put them in a test against.

Support rendered on platform was adequate, account manager was helpful and knowledgable. Responses were fast and logical as well. We didn't have to commit to a high min spend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a programmatic platform, it takes time to scale and the traffic has low quality some times (high bounce rates).
