I really enjoyed working with the StackAdapt team. They are extreamly helpful and always provide useful recommendations. They are also quick to respond which is important when working with tight client deadlines! I can tell they truely care about being a great partner to our agency. I also find the interface very intuative and easy to learn. We've only started using StackAdapt this year but I already feel very comfortable the interface. For starters, we have an entire team dedicated to our account and each member has been amazing to work with. They are knowledgeable about the platform and its capabilities, are quick to respond if we have questions, and give great feedback on targeting and strategy. We've just started with managed service as StackAdapt provided a low barrier to entry which made it easy for us to get up and running. We were matched with an amazing team who helped us get started so quickly and efficiently. Adriana and Justine been amazing at keeping us informed on performance and updates, as well as walking us through what we have running and ways we can improve performance. There are a few things that I love about working with StackAdapt.

First, I love that they are constantly innovating and seeing new forms of ad distribution on different platforms.

Second, they have so many great partnerships with 3rd party audience vendors without having crazy extra fee's to utilize those segments.

Another thing I love is that they have so many PMP deals to utilize across CTV and audio ads.

Lastly, their commitment to partnering with their clients has been phenomenal. They truly go the extra mile to help their clients feel valued and achieve their goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've honestly not experienced much of anything that I dislike about StackAdapt. I've worked with a few different programmatic media companies and so far, StackAdapt has not fallen short in any ways. If I had to be very critical, maybe a few extra reporting integrations with Google Data Studio would be nice, but even their current reporting is pretty comprehensive. Initially, what we liked best about StackAdapt was the no minimum spend required. This makes them a great platform / partner for brands looking to test Programmatic Advertising without worrying about a long-term commitment.

After partnering with them for ~6 months, the fantastic support from our Account Executive and Manager is what keeps us wanting to work together. They are highly receptive to our feedback, willing to help out in any way, and quick to respond. The StackAdapt platform is missing a few features that I would find extremely helpful. For example, we currently cannot create custom fields to calculate metrics not already built into the platform (though I believe this feature is in the pipeline) and some reporting views do not have a total row. There are a lot of reasons our team loves StackAdapt including: robust targeting capabilities, breadth of inventory/channel access, cost efficiency, "real" ad platform support, multiple attribution solutions, detailed reporting access and continuous platform improvements. There are only two things I can think of that I would improve in StackAdapt. They are not deal breakers and will likely be updated in future enhancements. One, the creative upload and management area is a little clunky. It works fine, just not as intuitive as the rest of the platform. Two, we would love to be able to create campaign optimization strategies around specific apps or domains, bidding them up or down, and currently, that functionality does not extend to that level.
