I like how StackAdapt offers the option to optimise the performance in various manners, such as audience, devices, creative size, time of the day/week, domains, regions, audience categories etc. This is good for clients who are in niche industries and want to ensure the most relevant audience sees their ads. StackAdapt also offers a good inventory of 3rd party audiences along with audience targeting options based on topics, ABM etc which are not available in typical display ads. The sales and account servicing team, Jack and Casper are awesome to work with, taking into consideration the limitations/requirements my clients have and advise the best strategies to drive performance. These are not dislikes, but considerations for your team to improve StackAdapt's capabilities. StackAdapt requires the client to design creatives in several dimensions, but there are just a few that are shown the most. Consider shortlisting a few dimensions with the function to add headlines and descriptions, since not everything can be fully conveyed via the images.
Although the current report in Google sheets is very detailed, it is difficult to draw a conclusion on the key trends observed, with so many numbers across different metrics. Consider coming up with a dashboard with graphs and tables with the option to add text insights for various sections, so that we can easily interpret the progress of the campaign.
