One of the most important things for us was the ability to push out programmatic media campaigns without a price floor. Most platforms require a specific monthly spend but StackAdapt does not!

Apart from that, the account team is absolutely amazing. They helped us navigate the programmatic media world and continue to support us on any new campaigns going above and beyond every time. Additionally, StackAdapt has an in-house creative team to support on audio/video ads production (10% of the campaign spent is automatically allocated for this too which sometimes paid for our production needs in full).

I love the managed service component which helps take some of the burden off of my lean team. I also love how they are basically a one stop shop for a lot of our digital needs. The only issue we faced with StackAdapt was the inability to add HTML5 creatives ourselves, however, the team was super supportive with generating third party tags for us in an extremely prompt manner, and they have since released an update to do this ourselves within the platform.
