I'd love for them to make advanced reporting and analytics more accessible. We're a performance marketing agency, so our clients are used to (and expect) us to translate all campaign results back into real business objectives (revenue, profit, etc.). The majority of the value derived from a programmatic campaign comes from the brand lift / halo effect that your ads will have on the rest of your marketing efforts, so it's essential that we report on these kinds of metrics and can easily tell the story that showcases the value of the campaigns. The StackAdapt team has been incredibly helpful with some of this data, but in an ideal world, this information would be readily accessible (and able to be pulled from an API into our multi-channel reporting dashboards). In searching for an ideal DSP, we needed one that could provide a variety of tactics, ad fraud protection, easy-to-use interface, and helpful customer service when needed. StackAdapt has not only provided all of those things, but the team always brings solid advice, recommendations, and guidance; the campaigns we've run have exceeded benchmarks and client expectations; and we consistently look like heros. Not only do the programmatic tactics allow us to offer full-funnel strategies, but the PMP buys have been perfectly executed as well.
