StackAdapt is a powerful DSP that helps agencies service their clients thanks to their advanced integrated advertising set of tools. From planning to creative, execution and reporting, the team provided us with everything we needed to help our clients achieve their marketing goals. The reports provide transparent data with very clear highlights, making it easier for the clients to digest. StackAdapt is an amazing option for Self Service users. The platform is transparent, very easy to use, and has a very helpful support team. You are able to run a variety of different campaign types within one place which makes life so much easier when you're in the platform every day. There a few things that can be improved around AB Testing and reporting period comparisions. Outside a doing two separate campaigns and testing head to head with creative, audiences, etc. there isn't a simple way to do an AB test. While the reporting functionality is available, it's not always as straightforward as I'd like. I can get the data I need, but it takes longer to organize it in the way I require. The team is very hands on helping our agency grow in the programmatic space working across various industries, answering random questions (all the time), helping us explain to clients how stuff works, making recommendations, etc.
