Although their reporting tools are customizable and expansive compared to other DSPs it is difficult to know if certain metrics will actually contain any data on export especially when needing to process bulk exports. This can be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

StackAdapt listened and created a program for our client that was extremely effective and transparent. The StackAdapt team came with weekly optimization suggestions, proactively made adjustments to achieve higher than average benchmarks, and allowed our team access to dashboards to monitor performance in real time. In some ways, StackAdapt isn't the best solution for our small business partners. I have enjoyed working with our account manager, Malcolm. He is very responsive and knowledgeable. Additionally, having full platform access is something I am not used to. It's hard for me to identify something I dislike, but if I had to offer something I would say the platform has a tendency to optimize toward users who have a very high likelihood of converting regardless of the advertising.
