SHIVA is a product information management system that provides a productivity-focused interface that allows you to work with the ability to handle products and variants without IT intervention or support.
What I like to most and the seemly integration of systems across the board, more specifically with the sales force and mobile workers in remote locations.
What do you dislike?
Many of my customers are no longer utilizing many analog lines and those features even tho they are important it isn't a big part on the enterprise space other than redundancy in case of and outrage.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Shiva was acquired by Intel corporation and they have merged, I believe there is a log of good implementations and development coming from this merger.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Some of the problems we are able to fix in our environment are connecting the distributes with the correct departments in real time. Having accessibility to view our call records orders and data network connected to our vlan. Additionally, we worked with sales tool in out toolbox Shiva has been a great addition to the infrastructure.
