One of the better aspects of Pimberly is the ease of use and onboarding new users into the program. Its very intuitive in use and integrating the software into the company structure was a breeze. overall performance of the sysytem is very satisfactory altough it could use with more frequent database update rather than standard 24hr. I like how easy Pimberly is to use. I can drag and drop, and I don’t need much technical training or experience to manage it. The team’s handover was brilliant, so we manage it ourselves with very little touch time. It accurately pulls our information together, makes it available in the right format, and maps our SAP Business One information to what customers require. I can manage around 50,000 product SKUs across dozens of retailers with one staff member, without needing more internal resources or several systems connected together. I also like being able to map the process for adding products, control who can access certain areas, and add products quickly, which we do regularly. The setup was simple and straightforward; the data cleansing was the biggest task, and the team’s small steps and regular updates were really good. I’m not sure there are any issues at the moment. I don’t directly integrate Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM with SAP; I pull information out via CSV, so we could integrate better. What I like best about Pimberly is how it provides one central place to manage our product information, product variations and digital assets. Once the platform is configured correctly and users have received training, it is straightforward to navigate and makes maintaining large amounts of product data much more manageable.

The platform has also helped us create a more connected product-data process. Information can flow from Pimberly into Brightpearl and then onwards to our Shopify website, reducing duplicate data entry and helping us keep product information more consistent across systems.

They took the time to understand our business, existing product structure and technical requirements, rather than applying a standard approach. The main downside is that the initial setup can be quite complex, especially when working with a large or detailed product structure. A lot of time needs to be invested in mapping attributes, building workflows and testing how data moves between Pimberly, Brightpearl and Shopify.

When an integration issue occurs, it can also take time to identify whether the cause sits within Pimberly, the connected platform or a third-party connector. This can make troubleshooting slower than expected.

The platform is easy to use once everything is configured correctly, but new users still need proper training and clear internal processes. I really appreciate how Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM is very easy to use. It has been a big time saver for us, transitioning from a previous spreadsheet to a direct Magento import. As a Marketplace Manager, Pimberly has been invaluable to our team. Without it, we would not be able to store and manage the data and media required for each marketplace. As a business, we wanted a single source of truth for all our product data and media in one place, and Pimberly provides exactly that.

Once all attributes, scopes, brands, and other elements are implemented, the platform becomes very easy to use. It helps us bring products to market quickly by ensuring we have the correct content and media required by each platform.

Our team uses Pimberly every day in our roles. This includes importing new product data and imagery into the system, as well as exporting product data and image links into marketplace templates. Whenever we encounter issues, Customer Support has always been readily available to help. In my experience, the support team is extremely knowledgeable and provides detailed guidance on how to resolve any problems.

Recently, we rolled Pimberly out across all departments in the business, and the feedback has been fantastic. When customers call requesting product information, everything is available instantly at our fingertips. Our next step will be integrating Pimberly with our back-office system.

We have already automated part of our media workflow. When an image is added to the DAM, it automatically populates across the relevant products, which saves us a significant amount of time.

Looking ahead, there are several exciting features on the horizon that will further benefit our business. Pimberly also hosts monthly webinars that are very informative for both myself and my team.
