My favorite thing about Propel is that it is naturally part of our Salesforce environment. I use it regularly to manage product information and approval processes. As it is part of our ERP and other related systems, there is not as much back and forth among teams. Being able to have such features at the same location has cut down on the manual work and coordination has also become uniform across departments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The thing that I dislike about Propel is the inflexibility of some of the workflows. Changes are not easy and fast once implemented. This has hampered our reaction when business priorities have changed. Due to its regular usage, we can be affected by minor changes, and it can affect our everyday activity. It is strong, however, the implementation requires a proper planning to prevent the friction during updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
