**What do you like best about BetterCommerce?**

As a 20+ year eCommerce veteran, B2B eCommerce consultant and experienced solution architect, I have evaluated numerous eCommerce platforms over the years.

After a thorough demo and evaluation, BetterCommerce stands out to me for its comprehensive B2B eCommerce functionalities, robust Product Information Management (PIM) capabilities, and efficient order routing and management system.

The platform is incredibly easy to use and integrate with other backend systems like ERP's and WMS's.

They also sell the platform as 'Headless' but they also have their own native storefront available too.

**What do you dislike about BetterCommerce?**

The only 2 standout gaps for me are no CRM and no Marketplace module but many B2B suppliers won't need these anyway or will have alternate systems for these functions.

**What problems is BetterCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a B2B eCommerce Consultant I am always looking for new platforms that can help meet my client's needs. Better fills many gaps that are common requirements for B2B suppliers.

**What do you like best about BetterCommerce?**

bettercommerce has a full set of typical commerce features (PIM, OMS, commerce, CMS, etc.) + it is very high performant & scalable — our website fetching data from bettercommerce backend, operates at blazingly fast speeds! the support we get from them is simply amazing! — in india, that matters a lot

**What do you dislike about BetterCommerce?**

at times, while building new features, we've faced some regression issues — but the good part is that bettercommerce is very quick in addressing them

**What problems is BetterCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

bettercommerce serves as our core technology infrastructure which powers almost all verticals of our organisation — it is where we store our complete product information for all sales channels, it powers our website & app, it is connected with our warehouse management systems, etc. — it majorly removed the need for us to build all of the typical commerce features ourselves and only focus on the brand that want to build and portray to our customers at each channel of sales

Product information master- use is to manage a complete catalog of organization and integrated into all other services we use.

Better Commerce make sure they understand your requirements.  That gives them the opportunity to make something better and improve customer experience.  They are not a sales company that see your requirements as a job to do quickly to then be able to send you an invoices and move onto the next thing.  It is a long term relationship that continuously improves

**What do you dislike about BetterCommerce?**

New functionality is always being developed.  If this is something we see as critical to us we get onboard from the beginning.  If we do not see it as aligned to us we leave it alone.  Finding time to properly explore new functionality and when to explore it as it develops is a challenge.  Something we thought was initial not useful for us is then developed over time and becomes something unexpectedly useful can be missed.  With limited capacity its when is the best time  to explore new functionality?

**Recommendations to others considering BetterCommerce:**

The BetterCommerce system is much more than just that.  The brilliance that sets it apart from the competition is the team behind it and their accessibility.

**What problems is BetterCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One eCommerce platform systOne eCommerce platform that does everything without plug ins that get updated all the time, need testing or they break.  Yes the platform does plug into the payment gateway and accounts software it is not everything in the world in one package but it is everything you want from an ecommerce platform.  Previous platforms have been very fragmented Better Commerce is a fully equipped omni channel ecommerce platform in one box.em that does

The Fragrance Shop puts customer experience first, and BetterCommerce has facilitated our entrepreneurial and innovative approach to delighting customers. There are no limits to the ideas we can bring to life for our customers with BetterCommerce. Annual membership, monthly subscription services and Fragrance Match are just a few of the propositions we have integrated into the platform, with even more to come. As our online retail business has rapidly grown over the past few years, BetterCommerce has scaled, added value and improved performance.

There is nothing I dislike; pleased with our progress on the platform.

The Fragrance Shop has been focusing on making itself more relevant to customers by ensuring it understands them and what they really like. To do this, we gather as much data as we can about the customer and feed it into the BetterCommerce ‘Customer 360’.   This feature supports our predictive analysis calculations and empowers our store teams to provide a more personalised experience.

There's nothing I dislike and I'm happy with this system.

BetterCommerce has been the engine behind The Fragrance Shop’s multi-channel strategy and data-centric decision-making. The platform has enabled the company to integrate its stock systems, develop and operate its click-and-collect service, and improve the management of its catalog and orders. BetterCommerce is playing a pivotal role in helping The Fragrance Shop become more relevant to its customer.

**What do you like best about BetterCommerce?**

BetterCommerce is a bespoke platform, offering out of the box solutions & scalability, both key requirements in our decision to onboard BetterCommerce into the business.

BetterCommerce offers the complete business solution. 
OMS, PIM and website, which is unique in the eCommerce sector. 
Competitor solutions do offer set but limited packages, with expensive bolt on options but did not fully capture our core business requirements to drive growth. 

BetterCommerce is different, they have client first approach.
Capturing stakeholder requirements, they have incorporated these requirements into building out a system which is tailored to our business needs. 

By aligning all three solutions under one platform, has provided the business with a full 360 view of B2C process flow and introduced automation. Our primary objective, as with any business is data enrichment. Data capture on previous solutions was problematic, time consuming and identified data gaps which hindered growth. Today we capture all data points in the B2C journey, which has been fundamental in changing our business modal and driving the business forward. 

BetterCommerce support doesn’t stop once a business has on boarded 
They continue to work with the client to improve on their systems, build out new requirement as the business needs change and introduce the latest UX/UI trends

**What do you dislike about BetterCommerce?**

Nothing to dislike, its a complete business solution which is supporting our business growth and has  proven its worth in terms of KPI uplift since its integration.

We have weekly account reviews with the team, to drive our business roadmap and ensure the platform remains aligned with our business growth.

**What do you like best about BetterCommerce?**

Aside from the fantastic results the simplicity & ease of use of the system, along with having our e-commerce platform, OMS, PIM & highly detailed customer view all in the same place, allows us as a smaller business to focus on sales & marketing knowing we have a reliable & scalable partner to support us.
The flexibility of the system allows our non-standard requirements such as complex shipping and the combination of both B2B & B2C capability to be easily catered for whilst still being very reasonably priced, especially in comparison to other platforms.
The team is very helpful and friendly providing expert advice and assistance to help us explore all the possibilities the system offers.

**What do you dislike about BetterCommerce?**

In the years we have been working with BetterCommerce we have found next to nothing to dislike - any bug or issue we encounter is quickly sorted. The only comment I would have is that as they continue to evolve and bring out even more features and sections of the platform it can, at times, be somewhat demanding on a smaller buisness to ensure we are maximising the potential and properly implimenting the new releases - although they are always available to help with this.

**What problems is BetterCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BetterCommerce provide us with much of our back-end including the e-commerce platform, PIM, OMS, customer 360 view & analytics. The system allows for both B2B & B2C capabilities including creating quotes, managing credit limits, linking companies - automating invoices being emailed to accounts department and integrating with Xero. This has lead to us being considerably more efficient and having everything linked means we can be much more pro-active in our sales and see all customer information quickly & easily.

It's an extendible headless platform. Its API first approach makes it quite simple for us to not only give better control on developing and extending our front-end applications but also makes it relatively easy for us to integrate with other systems.

BetterCommerce team work collaboratively and react quickly to any reported issues - so nothing to dislike

BetterCommerce has helped us resolve majority of challeneges we faced to have a seamless eCommerce platform. Over time, in collaboration with the team at BetterCommerce, we have added a number of new features and functionalities to deliver great customer experience. All as a result of the API driven architect which makes extending the platform to business requirements much simpler.

I like the fact it is easy to use, cloud base and can be done through a mobile app.

They are based in India. Although they are very quick to answer via email and zoom

There are quite a lot however will only mention a few as will be here all day.  Reporting was a big help (You can get so many reports which are relevant to your business).

The phone app which allows you to do returns, stock take and a lot more.

The most exciting part of BetterCommerce is its architecture. The modular approach has helped us scale quickly and easily integrates with our internal applications due to their API first approach. The team is friendly and supportive.  SEO-friendly structure and mobile-first design have helped scale our marketing campaigns.

The promotion engine by BetterCommerce has helped us to run and test multiple type of promotions that we have never tried before.

Fast response by the team who give frequent updates on the progress of tickets. Always there when urgent issues need resolving, and the turnaround is very quick. All information is in one place and can edit quotes and orders quickly

There are certain bugs that crop up from time to time that make day-to-day tasks a little challenging, but is quickly dealt with by the team.

OMS, ecommerce platform, website, customer database (customer 360), PIM, significant increase in online sales, easier backend processes make us more efficient, customer view helps us imrpove service & marketing.
