A Single Source of Truth for Product Data—Sales Layer Keeps Everything in One PIM
Having one place where product data actually lives. Before Sales Layer our technical data was spread across spreadsheets, supplier files and the storefront, and nobody could say which one was right. Now the PIM is the reference and everything downstream, Shopify included, reads from it. The file fields are part of this: manuals, certificates and packaging documents sit on the product record instead of in a folder somewhere.

Excellent Support and Bulk Editing That Speeds Up SKU Management
The support has been really good. They take the time to understand our business and requirements, which makes a big difference. The feature I like most, and use regularly, is the bulk editing, because it helps us speed up our processes and work more efficiently. We have a lot of SKU so the PIM helps us manage all the data in one centralised platform, which can be used across many integrations.
