I find Plytix Cloud PIM & DAM easy to use and fully adaptable to individual needs, which makes it easy to customize. I really appreciate the easy onboarding experience and the customer support, which is described as nice and super helpful with swift responses. During our onboarding, there was close collaboration with someone from Plytix who was always there to help, making the initial setup very easy.

I really appreciate that by putting all of our data into Plytix Cloud PIM & DAM, we now have a centralized source of truth, keeping everyone both internally and externally up to date. This has eliminated the silos we had before, where information was scattered in excel sheets and people's minds. I like that it seems to improve every few weeks, so the features we want but don't currently have might be just around the corner. Once you get used to it after a few minutes of playing around, it's quite user-friendly. Some colleagues use an API connection with it, which they say works great.
