Plytix is easy to use and very intuitive. Even team members from departments that do not work with the system on a daily basis can quickly find their way around. Thanks to the latest update and the excellent support from the Plytix team, we have also discovered additional features that we were not aware of or had not used before. This has helped us use Plytix even more efficiently and take advantage of more of the platform’s capabilities.

Plytix has become the central source for product data for us as a jewelry brand with a large, diverse range. I find the flexibility in attributes and relations particularly strong: We use it to map parent/child structures and product relationships (e.g., matching charms to necklaces and bracelets) cleanly. Importing via CSV works reliably, even with larger mass changes. The channel feeds are a real added value: We distribute data to Shopify, marketplaces like Amazon, and other channels without having to maintain each platform individually. The Completeness Score helps us quickly identify data gaps per channel. The interface is also easily accessible for colleagues without a technical background.

We are very satisfied with Plytix so far. Particularly noteworthy is the truly great and fast customer support as well as the continuous development of the tool. Plytix is already a great help in our daily work and offers, in our view, a very good value for money. We are still relatively at the beginning of using it and have not yet tried all the functions. All the more positive is our impression so far, and we look forward to using Plytix's possibilities even more intensively in the future.
