Catsy gave us the architecture to model all of it properly. The platform's ability to enforce which attributes belong at which level of the hierarchy is exactly what governance-from-scratch requires. Most PIMs force you to work around this kind of structure with process and discipline alone; Catsy bakes it into the data model itself. Now we use templates to import the data and it is a lot more manageable. We get a data completeness score that tells us what's missing before a product can go anywhere. And our images are now centralized with version control - that's also a win for us. **What do you dislike about Catsy DAM & PIM?** There is some upfront work involved in setting up taxonomy and defining fields. But that's a one-time cost, and it's the reason why imports are more streamlined. Our products come in various finishes and combinations. Before Catsy, we were managing this data in spreadsheets with a lot of duplication. We had data inconsistencies with specs. Now with parent / child relationships, our data is cleaner with fewer inconsistencies and it takes us less time to introduce new products. **What do you dislike about Catsy DAM & PIM?** Catsy exposed how messy our data was - which is really our problem, not theirs. With our older process, we had to look for images from share point, and sometimes need clarification because it wasn't clear which images to use. It’s a tremendous improvement over managing information through spreadsheets and shared drives. The setup process was clear and efficient, thanks especially to the outstanding support from Denise at Catsy, who played a key role in helping us connect our first channel to Shopify. Catsy has completely solved our challenge of distributing inconsistent or incomplete data to multiple e-commerce partners. By cleaning, standardizing, and categorizing our data, we’ve positioned our online sales for real recovery and growth. The platform’s features align perfectly with our needs and perform exactly as promised. Our experience has been excellent—I’d confidently rate Catsy a 10 out of 10 and strongly recommend it to others. It's straightforward and easy to understand how it works, which I appreciate. I love that it's possible to have all our data centralized in one place, which allows us to easily share information with customers and update our website. The system's capability to import and update data quickly for a large number of products is incredibly valuable. I'm particularly impressed with how easy it is to manage data, including exporting and creating templates for customers. These features make the process less time-consuming and more efficient. The platform's usability and the training I received made it simple to dive into using the software quickly, transitioning smoothly from our previous platform. This usability definitely reinforces my decision, and I would confidently recommend it to others. **What do you dislike about Catsy DAM & PIM?** I find that the conversion between metric and imperial measurements could be improved for smoother usability. It's a small detail for us, but having this feature would make the process easier. With our amazing Customer Success Specialist Darek Ikhwan, the team has built and optimized numerous workflows to execute weekly product launches, monthly markdowns, and seasonal promotions with 2x efficiency improvement. We are continually iterating and brainstorming new ways in which the PIM can further optimize the product catalog and make it more accessible and streamlined across teams. We love how great the team is, they listened to our needs, they did what they promised and they had solutions for all our needs. Overall experience has been wonderful. It was very easy to implement. Anytime we needed help, they were always available to us. **What do you dislike about Catsy DAM & PIM?** There is nothing least helpful.
