As an experienced 1WS platform user, I’m impressed with several of the features the Syndigo platform provides, with the bulk editing feature easily being the biggest time-saver. Extremely shady business practices around annual billing. They will trap you into their billing cycles and will refuse refunds even if you are not using their platform after multiple years. I love how Syndigo makes it super easy to tailor our content to each retail partner, ensuring our brand looks its best and customers understand who we are. The workflow is fantastic. I can easily detect and address issues and errors, and uploading titles and images is a breeze. The ability to tailor content for specific retailers and publish photos for seasonal events is really great. It's awesome to optimize content specifically for mobile shoppers, like on DoorDash and Instacart, to improve click-through rates and sales. I find it a bit challenging sometimes because while Syndigo's content tailoring is great, the different image specs and requirements for different publishers can be a pain. For instance, some retailers require specific dimensions like 300 DPI, which aren't necessarily a problem with Syndigo itself but more related to maintaining a consistent and compliant message across all retailers. I find Syndigo easy to use and easy to learn. The initial setup was easy and seamless.
