We use this software as our wholesale asset portal. I enjoy the ease of use when it comes to our wholesalers self-serving assets. It is very easy for them to navigate and download what they need. I also really appreciate how responsive and supportive our rep is (Nate Bezzant is awesome!). While we don't use the feature, I do love that we could directly host images on our Shopify website (if only I could convince my ecommerce specialist) so that it would automatically update if we updated the assets in PXM. One of my biggest gripes is that I can't choose the order of images within a product folder. There is also a weird bug that happens periodically where I get stuck on a section within a product folder (for example if I'm in the images and I click on docs, it will move me to docs and then immediately bounce me back to images). The organization and everything in one place is great, but not going to lie - the image generation is spectacular. Top notch, unlike a lot of other AI image generation out there. I love the four options to my request, and the ability to refine an image further (ie, make the product bigger, or get rid of the extra things on the table). I've watched the system get better and better at handling packaging graphics -- where they used to be distorted and I'd have to go in and fix with photoshop, i don't have to do that as much anymore. I wish it would keep a record of my AI image generation that I could go back and reference for a few weeks. Similar to how ChatGPT and Claude keep a list on the left side where I can go back and reference or refine something I had worked on previously. Also, not crazy about how the new images are named when I download them, but I'm not sure I have a suggestion that I like. Maybe force me to name it as I'm downloading it? I think Pattern PXM has major competitors such as Slack, or Teams, and people are more used to the interface and layout of those applications. I've been using the Pattern PXM for quite some time now, and overall, it's been a solid performer. It has really helped with organization and fetching materials much quicker than the last platform I was using. Amplifi not only helps you organize your files and be able to find them easier, but they also are thinking ahead to help organizations use their content across multiple platforms and marketplaces. When we brought it on board, they were there to help implement the product in an effective and efficient way. I have been using it more often than our older system because it's so much easier to use.
