We have been using PIMworks for a while and the software seems to deliver what is promised. We have expanded to two other countires and started to rank better in online market places because of their content optimisation. Communication with the team is difficult at best. We have had to repeat ourselves several times and each week nothing was getting done yet they were asking the same questoins that we gave answers to the week before. It took months to implement. The financial person that was brought into a call was rude and demeaning to our female employees. We had to switch account managers because of imcompetence and the Rep that sold the platform to us just disappeared for two months leaving the PIMWorks team lost and confused.
