Some of the small annoyances of the software is that any notes in the system continually pop up to address during claims processing, you cannot tell what office you are in while working within the system unless you hover over a small area which just recently changed, the insurance tab is difficult to use at times when adding or removing insurances. But these are minor annoyances. Also, there is slowness in the system when moving screen to screen or saving that I would like to see reduced.
