What do you like best?

I like that RXNT is continually upgrading and improving their software, their support is excellent and the software is easy to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Some of the small annoyances of the software is that any notes in the system continually pop up to address during claims processing, you cannot tell what office you are in while working within the system unless you hover over a small area which just recently changed, the insurance tab is difficult to use at times when adding or removing insurances. But these are minor annoyances. Also, there is slowness in the system when moving screen to screen or saving that I would like to see reduced. This is an easy-to-use, competitively-priced, billing software. I have used several billing software systems and I highly appreciate RXNT in its functionality and support services that are above their competition. What do you like best?

I like the convenience and being able to access my schedule through the app! It makes keeping track of my days and rescheduling as needed! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I dislike some of the bugs. I dislike how we get multiple copies of superbills if that patient has been rescheduled multiple times (it prints off every reschedule time...)

I dislike how the notes are not always editable.

What do you like best?

What do you dislike?

The availability to easily review patient payment history and the reports are not set up as user friendly as other software I have used in the past. Customer service.

I have had 2 different times I have put in tickets for glitches that my RXNT representative could not figure out why they were happening and when a ticket is put in it has taken over a month or more to get them resolved, and I am not followed up with in between to let me know it is still being worked on. What do you like best?

Originally limited in scope and options but with a full service. In the next three years they have gotten better with more coverage. Now getting follow up sooner and they can solve the issues within a few hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can email them and they will react inside minutes. The program itself is incredible! It is anything but difficult to explore. You don't need to invest hours hunting down reports or settings. Everything is in that spot. The planning is so natural. I simply completed an instructional course yesterday on the planning, for one of my workplaces, and the whole staff enjoyed it such a great amount of superior to anything what they had previously. They remarked on how much better it was to plan a patient and the checking in process. The charging side of the program is extremely pleasant as well.
