What do you like best about ClinicMind?

Cloud based can use any where. All in one with ability for billing integration Can customize notes for other functions in our office like Functional Medicine visits etc. We do like the Patient portal and when using Doc and bill it is nice to have the paperwork autofill from the patients filling out forms on line. What do you dislike about ClinicMind?

Poor training on new features. Original onboarding 8+ years ago was excellent. Now new features are not intuitive and very difficult to get training that is specific to questions. General training in videos or first time exposure is done well but needing in depth understanding is really hard to get a clean correct answer and many times have a strong language barrier. Do not like that the Documentation and Billing modifies DX codes and order makes signing off delayed and cumbersome It is hard to move the DX codes easily and quickly in the notes. To line up the lines exactly how you want using the 6 dots is time consuming. Then if you match just at sign off page it does not hold order for next note even though it is the easier way to choose what you want for dx code for the visit. We have had extensive issues getting soft sign for our rehab tech and we are having some issues making sure the rehab visits bill and sometimes they bill twice and this is an area of training that we have asked help on 3 times and still do not have a smooth viable solution.
