What do you like best about SPRY?

I like how SPRY is customizable and how easy it is to ask questions. I also really enjoy that, at any time, I can see the billing and the notes. On top of that, they’ve set up customized dashboards that help speed things up and make it easier for the front office, so we can help patients more. I also enjoy how the SPRY team is always available to help no matter the time of the day. What do you like best about SPRY?

The way all of the intakes and documentation notes can be customized. I like the prompt response via Slack channel when I have any questions. The AI is amazing and I barely have to write anything in my notes. It writes a subjective eval note way better than I can myself. It also picks up on things that I may not have. What do you like best about SPRY?

Spry is very user friendly. We have been able to train new employees easily on the system. The team is very responsive when we have issues or need help and are very open to suggestions. What do you dislike about SPRY?

There can sometimes be a breakdown in communication where we have to explain things multiple times before it is taken care of, due to the number of people who are working on our system. While the ease of submitting our requests and the quick response time is nice, it gets tiresome having to explain things multiple times because they have not dealt with this issue previously. What do you like best about SPRY?

We love the customization features. Being able to use the slack messaging system allows for prompt responses from the spry team. Larger or more Complicated requests do take

more time.

The platform continues to roll out new features which make the user interaction and workflow more efficient. Setting up virtual meetings with the spry team is a real plus when we need more communication that isn't ideal through slack or email.

Our patients appreciate the text, email reminds and ease of paying bills online.

Customization for appointment type, therapist, etc. via color schemes is really helpful for ease of looking at the schedule. Icons for co-pays, appointment type and status, etc are excellent for ease of looking at the schedule.

Appreciate the system prompting us if information is missing, specifically with billing and units billed.

System allows you to look for an open or un-initiated follow-up soap note/evaluation/ re-evaluations in order not to miss charting and billing.

The AI Scribe has become a game changer. It has improved over the past 2 years and is remarkably intuitive. The user still needs to review the information but it streamlines the evaluation and documentation workflow to create a robust and efficient process, saving time. It is amazing that it will capture verbalized objective measures and place into the proper location in the chart. We do not tend to use it for SOAP notes, primarily only for evaluations. The goal setting feature tends to be vague and ambiguous unless the clinician and patient have clearly verbalized goals during the dictation portion.

We do not use the exercise flowsheet at our office.

The SOAP format is easy to follow and our staff appreciate the easy to view interface.

Our clinic has 2 speciality services: Lymphatics and Vestibular. SPRY has either created workflows for us or had already had workflows in place for these services. They have met our requests for customization/alterations as needed for our specific needs. They continue to work with us on development of additional workflows/packages for alternative services.

SPRY is working with us on maximizing our billing processes in conjunction with current billing rules and insurance requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SPRY?

There is some redundancy in information being requested of patients at the intake portion. Occasionally, like any EMR/tech platform, there are rare glitches, which usually can be easily rectified via a Slack message. The ability to customize the system to my practice, along with access to many different features, makes day-to-day work easier and smoother. I also appreciate the consistent support from the Spry team across all departments. Having the option to implement specifics that my practice needs is a big plus; anything I request, they make it their mission to make it happen. What do you like best about SPRY?

Spry has been the best EMR experience I’ve had as a physical therapist. The platform is clean, intuitive, and flexible enough to handle the unique needs of a cash-based practice. What really sets Spry apart is the level of attention and detail their team brings. Any time I’ve needed help with customization or workflow changes, they’ve been incredibly responsive and willing to work with me to get things exactly how I need them.

Snehal, my customer success manager, has been phenomenal from day one. She listens, communicates clearly, follows up consistently, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Having someone that reliable and invested in my success has made a massive difference.

What do you like best about SPRY?

The user interface is really easy to use. My note writing time has been cut down to a few minutes, whereas previously it was taking a significant amount of time to write notes. The dictation feature is extremely helpful, and while I am generally against AI integration, this is an area where I am extremely in favor of its use. It is an extremely intuitive product and all of my patients prefer this products to different EMRs that I have used in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SPRY?

My onboarding process was difficult and full of road bumps. I was given inaccurate advice initially in regards to the credentialing process that significantly delayed my ability to take insurance. The ease of the credentialing process was oversold in my initial meeting with Spry. My training has also been inconsistent, either shortened or delayed due to not having been credentialed. What do you like best about SPRY?

After being in business for over 30 years, and using many different platforms, I have never had the ability to see the money collected in real time. Spry is the most transparent platform in many ways, but the ability see what has been paid and what is outstanding for each patient broken down into dates of service is beyond helpful. In addition you can run many financial reports, similar to some Quick Books features, and that information lets you see where you excelling and where you could use improvement. What do you dislike about SPRY?

During my career of 26 years, I have utilized many EMR systems. All systems have bugs that need to be fixed. Generally, clinicians are able to speak with someone from the EMR company to fix the problem in a reasonable amount of time. Our facility has used Spry for several months. The onboarding process was complex. There are misspellings on the SOAP templates. The messaging platform (Slack) that is supposed to allow clinicians to communicate with Spry does not work. I have attempted to use "Slack" and have never gotten a response. I have sent emails to Spry regarding the Slack platform and no response after weeks. Currently, our therapists are not able to save our notes without an error code popping up. Therefore, we cannot submit charges. This has been going on for over a week. We were using WebPT and did not have any of these issues. I wish we had not switched. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
