What do you like best about SPRY?

Spry has been the best EMR experience I’ve had as a physical therapist. The platform is clean, intuitive, and flexible enough to handle the unique needs of a cash-based practice. What really sets Spry apart is the level of attention and detail their team brings. Any time I’ve needed help with customization or workflow changes, they’ve been incredibly responsive and willing to work with me to get things exactly how I need them.

Snehal, my customer success manager, has been phenomenal from day one. She listens, communicates clearly, follows up consistently, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Having someone that reliable and invested in my success has made a massive difference.

What do you dislike about SPRY?

What do you like best about SPRY?

After being in business for over 30 years, and using many different platforms, I have never had the ability to see the money collected in real time. Spry is the most transparent platform in many ways, but the ability see what has been paid and what is outstanding for each patient broken down into dates of service is beyond helpful. In addition you can run many financial reports, similar to some Quick Books features, and that information lets you see where you excelling and where you could use improvement. What do you dislike about SPRY?

The platform does so much that it may take you a few weeks to feel comfortable, but once you get it, there is no going back. Sonia and Shivani have taken the time to meet with me through Zoom calls and therefore my learning curve was shorten considerably. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SPRY?

Spry's customer service is some of the best that I've ever had professionally or personally. They are extremely prompt with changes I'd like to make to the platform or assistance with various billing challenges that arise, they make sure my questions are answered or working on it within 24 hours. What do you dislike about SPRY?

Some limitations and delayed response time for a particularly challenging patient who has primary insurance whom I am not credentialed but whose secondary i am credentialed with - relatively minor issue in the grand scheme of things, however. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SPRY?

The integration of documentation and billing, along with the option for them to handle billing, has been very convenient. Customer support has been excellent, consistently providing helpful assistance. The weekly billing meeting help with communication on challenging claims. The new Customer success manager gives us a point person to reach out to with questions regarding software changes and follow up on other issues. They are always making improvements and releasing updates. The thoroughness and user-friendly design of the documentation process, especially with the use of AI Scribe, has made completing clinical notes much faster and easier. The efax AI reader make creating and scheduling new patients quick and easy. Therapists are easily able to schedule their clients for future appointments right from their treatment rooms. What do you dislike about SPRY?

When reviewing the AR and Patient collection reports, it is not straightforward to access the Charge ID in order to view the ERA or claim history, or to navigate to the billing section of the patient account. Currently, I have to exit the report, go to the patient tab, search for the patient, then open the billing tab within the patient account, and finally click on the Charge ID to find the information I need. What do you like best about SPRY?

I am a solo provider and it has been very helpful to have the Intake information emailed to patients. Spry provides scheduling link to be put on my website so that patients also have the ability to schedule appointments. What do you like best about SPRY?

AI-assisted documentation has been a game changer! Documentation time has been cut down dramatically. Also, the customer service has been amazing. They've been able to custom-build the platform for us, and having an in-house billing team is invaluable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SPRY?

A more structured onboarding process would have been helpful, but they've been able to get us up and running with optimization of each feature. I don't know if this is a SPRY issue vs our internet, but sometimes the AI note-generation takes a long time, or doens't work at all. But this is improving as time goes on. What do you like best about SPRY?

Gladly willing to help anyone reading review to benefit from what I looked into and now see with ACTION from SPRY. The team has compassion, dedication and gives strategies like a business partner to move towards further development of programs if desired.

In choosing a program and company I analyzed many things. '

Compared to others Spry impressed me with:

Smooth onboarding assistance no extra fee

Leadership direct involvement and accessibility to them

Program is specific to my field vs generalized for charting

Live person demo for training vs just computerized

Learning curve faster due to amazing quick response to questions or action is just taken upon by team and I wake up and the task is already done by the team.

Good communication amongst Swapnil, Pratik, Manish, Sakshi and Shabum and Amit. Amit knows my communication messages even if not direct to him therefore he is knowledgeable about my tasks needed. This is timely without having to reexplain if I had already mentioned to another team member.

AI is implemented.

The service far exceeds cost and is less than researched of others.

They are flexible not requiring extra add on services that I may not desire.

I LOVE the flexibility, the human connect factor, and the solidness. They are another "partner" in my company they aren't just a service and program. My point lead Amit is thorough, compassionate, and accurate. When a person cares about their client confidence grows and he's got it! He goes the extra mile vs just to do what's required. He checks in with all and I see how the team has a mission to complete each aspect. I can't say enough. Also Swapnil, Praktik, Sakshi, Manish, Shabum, Saurab, Kapil and onboarding training. What do you dislike about SPRY?

This section takes me more time because I honestly have to think hard. If anything is possibly missed, once brought up it is addressed. I just would like the AI to be part of the intervention area also in time but the AI for the soap note part is great. And to do complete note on phone vs partial.
