What do you like best about SPRY?

Gladly willing to help anyone reading review to benefit from what I looked into and now see with ACTION from SPRY. The team has compassion, dedication and gives strategies like a business partner to move towards further development of programs if desired.

In choosing a program and company I analyzed many things. '

Compared to others Spry impressed me with:

Smooth onboarding assistance no extra fee

Leadership direct involvement and accessibility to them

Program is specific to my field vs generalized for charting

Live person demo for training vs just computerized

Learning curve faster due to amazing quick response to questions or action is just taken upon by team and I wake up and the task is already done by the team.

Good communication amongst Swapnil, Pratik, Manish, Sakshi and Shabum and Amit. Amit knows my communication messages even if not direct to him therefore he is knowledgeable about my tasks needed. This is timely without having to reexplain if I had already mentioned to another team member.

AI is implemented.

The service far exceeds cost and is less than researched of others.

They are flexible not requiring extra add on services that I may not desire.

I LOVE the flexibility, the human connect factor, and the solidness. They are another "partner" in my company they aren't just a service and program. My point lead Amit is thorough, compassionate, and accurate. When a person cares about their client confidence grows and he's got it! He goes the extra mile vs just to do what's required. He checks in with all and I see how the team has a mission to complete each aspect. I can't say enough. Also Swapnil, Praktik, Sakshi, Manish, Shabum, Saurab, Kapil and onboarding training. What do you dislike about SPRY?

This section takes me more time because I honestly have to think hard. If anything is possibly missed, once brought up it is addressed. I just would like the AI to be part of the intervention area also in time but the AI for the soap note part is great. And to do complete note on phone vs partial. What do you like best about SPRY?

I have had no headaches when it comes to billing. The platform is easy to use allowing me to focus on PT specific tasks rather than technical issues. The platform has been a great bang for my buck. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SPRY?

The UI/UX tends to fall flat when using it on mobile. Documentation can be quite clunky and the AI scribe struggles to choose sections correctly. Navigation can be a pain when it opens too many tabs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
