I really find TherapyNotes valuable because of its record-keeping capability and simple case notes feature. Additionally, its connection to claims processing is critical for our clinic's workflow, particularly for our 30 therapists and 7 staff. I also appreciated that the initial setup was easy.

Easy to navigate, reporting capabilities are strong and can report on a number of categories including filtering by provider or payer. Customer support is also strong especially in the social communities.
