User-Friendly EHR with Fair Pricing, Strong Support, and Continuous Improvements

TherapyNotes continues to improve and expand. They have added AI documentation, enhanced outcome measures, secondary billing and more. It is user friendly, and even allows for custom notes. Generally it is functioning well and they provide updates when there are software issues. The pricing is fair when compared to other EHRs for Private Practice on the market. Their support is very accessible. Integrations are lacking except for clearinghouse and billing.

Essential for Clinic Workflow, but Pricey

I really find TherapyNotes valuable because of its record-keeping capability and simple case notes feature. Additionally, its connection to claims processing is critical for our clinic's workflow, particularly for our 30 therapists and 7 staff. I also appreciated that the initial setup was easy.

Easy to navigate, reporting capabilities are strong and can report on a number of categories including filtering by provider or payer. Customer support is also strong especially in the social communities.
