Easy to navigate, reporting capabilities are strong and can report on a number of categories including filtering by provider or payer. Customer support is also strong especially in the social communities.

The billing structure is easy to understand, even for those new to private practice, and the abundance of tutorials helps me stay current with new features and best practices.
