## Nooks Reviews
 ### 1. Significant Boost in Connect Rates with Seamless CRM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura N. | SDR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

Significant Boost in Connect Rates: Features like parallel dialing and smart number optimization filter out voicemails and bad numbers, ensuring you spend your energy talking to real humans rather than waiting on dial tones.

Workflow Automation: Automatically logging notes, calls, and summaries directly into your CRM removes the tedious post-call admin work that usually eats up a huge chunk of the day.

Routine Efficiency: By keeping call queues moving seamlessly and presenting prospect data right on your screen, it allows you to stay in the zone and maintain momentum.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Honestly, I can’t think of anything negative at the moment!

If I had to point to one small thing, it would be the integration between Nooks and HubSpot, which isn't working at 100% right now—though I believe that might be more on our end rather than an issue with Nooks itself. Overall, the experience has been great.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks has been solving the problem of activity prioritization and optimization for me.

By taking care of the heavy lifting in cold calling and streamlining the manual workflow, it allows me to distribute my time in the best possible way. I can execute my calls efficiently without letting other essential daily tasks fall behind, making my overall routine much more balanced and productive.

 ### 2. Nooks Delivers Huge ROI with Seamless CRM Integrations and Rockstar Onboarding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin C. | Cybersecurity Sales Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

If I needed to start up a Cold Calling and Sales Outreach platform tomorrow if my life depended on it, I would confidently just use Nooks and success would be almost guaranteed. The UI and integrations to our CRM/systems make it easy for SDRs to enjoy their role, boosting performance and lead gen on the team. I haven't come across anther platform that delivers as much value and ROI along with a rockstar onboarding account team.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I want everything for cheaper selfishly, perhaps there is a scaled down version for SMB that provides some of the enterprise edition like tools that enterprise clients can access. Little guys need to grow and become big fish.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating our outreach program and providing analytics behind performance, a centralized platform for coaching, call review, useful materials during the call relevant to points the client brings up in conversation. Excellent tool to take our level up our inside sales team.

 ### 3. A Game-Changer for Outbound Sales Teams ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Recommended) :Power Dialing Meets AI Coaching

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pramod B. | Sales Manager, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

What I like best about Nooks is its user-friendly interface and ease of use. It's intuitive for business users, especially sales teams, making it easy to navigate without extensive training. The built-in battle cards provide valuable context during conversations, and the Power Dialer is a standout feature that significantly improves outbound calling efficiency and productivity. Yes, definitely. Nooks has delivered excellent value for our sales team. The productivity gains alone make it worth the investment. Features like the Power Dialer, AI-powered coaching, analytics, and seamless CRM integration have significantly improved our efficiency and helped us engage with more prospects every day.

For any organization focused on outbound sales, Nooks is more than just a dialer, it's a complete sales productivity platform that helps teams work smarter, improve performance, and achieve better results. The return on investment is clear through increased activity, better coaching, and more meaningful customer conversations.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

One area for improvement is the call connection experience. Occasionally, the prospect has already answered the call before the connection beep reaches the agent, creating a brief pause at the beginning of the conversation. This can lead to an awkward first impression.

Another improvement would be better visibility into previous call history and notes. When following up with the same prospect, it would be very helpful if the notes from prior conversations were readily accessible within the calling interface. This would enable more personalized and informed follow-up conversations without having to search for the information elsewhere

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks has significantly improved the efficiency of my outbound calling workflow. Before using Nooks, I could typically make only 80–120 calls per day with a manual dialer. With the Power Dialer, I'm now able to make 300–400 calls per day, which translates into more prospect connections and more meaningful sales conversations.

Another valuable feature is the AI-powered call analysis. It provides actionable feedback on my conversations, highlights what I'm doing well, and identifies areas where I can improve. This has helped me continuously refine my outreach and become more effective in my sales calls.

 ### 4. Nooks Supercharged Our Call Volume and Conversations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jawad R. | SDR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

Nooks is a power and parallel dialler that makes it so much easier to hit higher call volume per day. But it also enables better conversations by showing you all your key info in one screen. It automatically opens the prospects relevant CRM page, LinkedIn and company website so you have that to hand while calling.

It also has features that enrich numbers, so you connect to uncallables. It allows you to navigate the call screens that most people have set up.

My favourite feature is the AI roleplay bots that help you practice in real time.

It's only gone down a handful of times but they keep improving the product.

I can't imagine going back to anything else. Support is great. The CSM we have is also wonderful, thank you Ben Cheung!

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Occasional down time.
Sometimes calls are not transcribed when someone calls you back.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Call volume
Call quality
Booking meetings
Engaging new leads

 ### 5. Nooks’ AI Assistant and Unified Workspace Transformed Our Prospecting Speed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** William S. | Manager, Global Business Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

The AI assistant inside Nooks is the single most valuable piece of the platform for me. I've built prompts that surface the exact personas we want our BDRs targeting inside large enterprises, and when a rep runs one against a Tier 1 bank or a regional insurance carrier, the output isn't just a name and title. It pulls real context (like an interview where an AI leader talked about needing to self-host an orchestration tool), gives a synopsis, and cites the source. The rep can click dial right from that view with full context, no separate research step required.
The second piece is the unified workspace. Before the Nooks SEP, our reps were bouncing between Sales Nav, Salesforce, Gong, and a standalone sequencer just to send one personalized email. Now sequencing, dialing, AI research, and the virtual sales floor all live in one tab. That collapse alone changed how the team works.
The power dialer compresses the 30 to 60 seconds of dead time between calls to zero. 50 dials that used to eat a full morning take 10 to 15 minutes now, and reps stay in motion instead of drifting.
It integrates seamlessly with our entire tech stack and has given us incredible ROI. Nooks' onboarding and support teams are also very attentive, and they're constantly improving the product. It seems like every day I log in, there's a new feature that's actually valuable and not just fluff or a UI change.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Honestly, not much. It's a really easy to use platform that allows non technical people to really drive their team to being AI native.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem Nooks solved was tool fragmentation. We were running a sales engagement platform on one side and a dialer on the other, with reps bouncing between Sales Nav, Salesforce, Gong, and the SEP just to put together one personalized outreach. That tax showed up in two places: quality varied wildly rep to rep, and the per-account research cost was so high that personalization only happened on "top" accounts, with everyone else getting canned messaging. We were guessing what worked and couldn't isolate signal.
Consolidating into Nooks fixed that. The AI prompts live inside the platform and are validated by our product team, so every rep starts from the same baseline of messaging that actually reflects how Rasa wants to go to market. The numbers moved fast. Connect rates went from 8 to 11% in Q1 to 13 to 16% in April, with one week hitting 16.4%. Meeting rate jumped from a 0.3 to 0.9% range up to a 3.9% breakout week. We're now sustaining 2 to 3 meetings per week on a team that's roughly half the size it was in Q1.
The other big problem was ramp. Historically a BDR needed 2 to 3 months to be productive in a remote setting. With the AI assistant carrying the load on account research, a new rep can run meaningful coverage within a couple of weeks. Same headcount, more accounts touched at higher quality, faster ramp on new hires. That's the benefit.

 ### 6. Nooks Streamlines Outreach with Easy UI, AI Assistant, and Salesforce Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allison W. | Disney College Program-Merchandise , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

Nooks has been incredible in assisting with our outbound outreach through calls. We recently implemented the sequencing tool for emails as well and with that and the AI Assistant we are moving more seamlessly through our outreach. The UI is easy to navigate, it integrates with our Salesforce, and the support to make sure we have what we need has been great!

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I think the only current complaint I have is that we can't schedule an auto email in a sequence past however many hours/days. I would like to schedule it for a specific time and cannot yet.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks has helped our team be more efficient in our outreach. Being able to have an AI summary of previous interactions as well as updated information is so valuable!

 ### 7. Efficient Power Dialing with Strong Enrichment

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Conor F. | Enterprise BDR, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

Nooks has been the most efficient dialing software I’ve had the pleasure of using. I really like how easy it is to create tasks in my CRM and have them automatically show up in Nooks for power and parallel dialing. The interface is also very easy to utilize and understand.

On top of that, the enrichment tool makes it simple to enrich contacts when the necessary data isn’t already there. My connect rates have skyrocketed since adopting Nooks.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

There are times when tasks will not show up within nooks so it is incredibly important to format the task correctly to be a call task in order for Nooks to pick it up.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks has increased my connected call rates and increased my output by making the dialing process very efficient.

 ### 8. Streamlined Calling with Powerful Contact Enrichment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashish O. | Business Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like how Nooks helps me reach out to relevant contacts in less time by identifying the right phone numbers for each prospect and making it easier to prioritize who to contact first. I also appreciate the deeper insight I get from having call number prioritization and phone number enrichment in one platform. The AI call summary has been a big help as well, since it improves my positioning on calls and helps me stay on track. Overall, Nooks saves me a lot of time and lets me focus on calling the correct numbers, which boosts both my productivity and accuracy. And all my call records are clearly mapped and reflect in CRM due to it's inegration with CRM and Outreach. Super easy and clean UI, one time product walkthrough is enough for someone to start using it. On top of that, the initial setup was fairly easy, thanks to the clear demonstration from the Nooks team.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

When I'm doing parallel dialing, at times, I have experienced a lag once the call is picked up and when I hear the prospect's voice. This means, for example, the prospect has picked up the call at the 6th second of the call dialed but I will be notified at the 8th or 9th second. By the time it reaches me, the prospect has already been speaking for 2-3 seconds, and that can result in a hang-up.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks helps me reach relevant contacts quickly and prioritize them by finding the right phone numbers. It boosts my productivity by reducing time spent dialing wrong numbers and adds accuracy. The AI call summary improves my positioning on calls.

 ### 9. Streamlines Dialing with Smart Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marlon V. | BD-Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like the parallel dial feature in Nooks, which allows me to use multiple different numbers in parallel. The auto-rotate feature is great, and I can add my personal cell phone number, which is really useful. I also appreciate the filter that helps specify the numbers most likely to reach out to, with the pickup likelihood feature. Another positive point is that the overall transition to Nooks was quite easy and seamless.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

One thing that I do not like much about Nooks is the fact that the dashboards that I get, the dashboard that I get when I pick up a call, it's not really something that I can adjust as per my convenience. Also, if I am in the dialer, it becomes difficult to use the rest of the application. If it was convenient to switch tabs while being within the dialer, it would help me understand multiple things better.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks helps me make sequential dials in parallel, enrich contacts, and analyze call patterns to identify shortcomings in my calling style.

 ### 10. Boosts Team Morale with Community Dialing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Walter N. | Global GTM, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I think the thing I like most about Nooks is the ability to have community within your sales floor. So, you're not dialing alone; you can dial with your teammates and coworkers, building community at the same time. This helps keep up morale by jamming out to music with fellow coworkers. It just makes dialing easier, especially because it's a task that can feel very mundane and difficult. Facing a lot of rejection becomes easier to handle when you're doing it with your peers.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I think sometimes there's a bit of recycling of tasks, and it becomes a bit inaccurate. I dial, complete the tasks, and then refresh the page, and notice that they're still there. So sometimes it gets a little bit glitchy.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for power dialing, and it really helps having a community on the sales floor. Dialing isn't lonely; I can do it with teammates, which keeps morale up and makes the task easier despite rejections.

 ### 11. Simple to Use and Game-Changing for Boosting Connect and Meeting Rates

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher E. | Account Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I love how simple this product is to use, and I genuinely think the technology that increases our connect rate is game-changing. Since our team started using Nooks, I’ve seen our meeting rate improve significantly.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I wish the business hours filter would utilize the prospect's Linkedin profile location vs going off of the prospect's area code from their phone number. A lot of times prospects will live in a completely different part of the world despite their area code of their phone number. It has caused me to forget to reach out to prospects since they are filtered out with the Nooks default business hours setting

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving my connect rate problem. It has gone up form 3% to 6.5%, which has helped my sales production.

 ### 12. A Game-Changer for Business Development Representatives

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rylan G. | Co-Founder, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like how Nooks makes my work as a business development representative at HubSpot easier by making cold calls extremely easy and boosting my connect rate. I love being able to collaborate with my work friends and manager, even in a virtual environment, as we can listen into calls live and provide feedback. It feels great knowing we can lean on each other. Nooks also made logging in as a BDR and the onboarding process with HubSpot very easy, thanks to how seamlessly it integrates with Okta. Additionally, the platform's ability to help train me on the enablement side before my first month on the floor at HubSpot was invaluable.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Sometimes Nooks runs faster than other times and could be a little bit slower, especially when doing the parallel dial feature. But that's expected.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks lets me call way more people than just using my CRM, offering insights on call expectations and enabling strategic planning. It boosts my connect rate and enriches my cold calling with data on pick-up likelihood, vastly enhancing my effectiveness.

 ### 13. Nooks Increases Dialing Speed and Pipeline Generation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah S. | Mid-Market Sales Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

Nooks makes it so much easier, and faster, to get through my dials for the day. In 30 minutes, I can make the number of dials that used to take over an hour. It integrates directly with Salesforce so I can easily pull up a report and dial the people I want to at the click of a button. And it's great to be able to spend time with the team while we dial. It makes remote work feel much less isolating.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

There are occassional bugs that can be a bit annoying, but the support team is fantastic and always quick to fix any issues.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With all of my daily responsibilities, it used to be difficult to make enough calls, which obviously hurt my pipeline, but using Nooks has helped me generate and close more deals.

 ### 14. Effortless Multi-Tasking and Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Franck O. | Global Head of Audience, Events Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks to call all of my prospects, and it makes it a lot easier to make many calls at the same time and filter those calls. It's like having an AI assistant that helps me change phone numbers without me doing it at the scrum, which is very useful. I get to see the profiles easily, and it's easy to integrate with other tools. What I like most about Nooks is the fact that I can do the job of three people at the same time. I can make up to five calls simultaneously and go through a massive spreadsheet of phone numbers a lot faster, making around three to four hundred calls within an hour. It quickly classifies calls, letting me know if a phone number is not working or if there's an AI assistant so I can prioritize accordingly. It's really, really good.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

It could be useful to add foreign phone numbers, like having a French phone number if I'm calling France or a Spanish phone number if I'm calling Spain.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks makes it easier to call multiple prospects at once, filter calls, and change phone numbers automatically. It integrates with other tools and lets me see profiles too. I can efficiently manage hundreds of calls quickly with its AI assistant.

 ### 15. Empowered Sales with Great Insights, Tricky UI

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caleb W. | Global Manager, Business Development, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I really like using Nooks to drive our outbound motion with our sales and business development teams, as it has led to a huge increase in activity and allows us to penetrate our target addressable market much more efficiently. I've been very impressed with the coaching lab feature of Nooks. It's awesome, enabling me to get extremely granular with my team about where they are having troubles and how I can better support them, which is crucial for a smaller team with limited enablement resources. The coaching lab's ability to gamify data and integrate it with our environment's cloud and tooling really sets it apart, providing granular data about reps' performance, which I find critical. Moreover, the initial setup of Nooks was effortless and super easy, allowing me to get it into my reps' hands within the day without going through my CRM.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Really, the only thing that comes to mind when thinking about areas of improvement would be the UI of the Nooks dialer specifically. It's a little bit overwhelming, especially for someone new to using a power dialer. And, it can at times not be super clear what to look at, what to pay attention to, or where my workflow is. Additionally, and this is not an issue with Nooks, more just something to be aware of, is this does require a workflow change for folks who are not necessarily used to a power dialer structure. So I think having some more onboarding, workflow adjustment materials would be really helpful.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to increase activity for my sales and business development teams, boosting efficiency in penetrating our TAM. The coaching lab is great for precise feedback, aiding team support without extensive resources.

 ### 16. Senior SDR

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Claire M. | Sales Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I think its super easy to use, the layout is very straightforward making daily tasks a breeze. I love the AI features though, I haven't had time to use the agent yet but the AI assistant has been great for hyper personalisation. It integrates well with our CRM showing a consistent source of truth and I've found that it performs really well across all of our cadences.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Haven't found anything yet - working directly in the platform is how I prefer to use it though as the extension isn't as user friendly.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've found it helps to streamline our processes, and just makes daily life easier for me.

 ### 17. Fast Dialing with a Social Touch

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sydney C. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I love using Nooks because of its speed and the social aspect it brings to my day. The power dialing feature is really quick, which saves me a lot of time. It also helps me hang out with my sales rep friends, making work less boring and more entertaining. This way, I can solve the problem of feeling lonely as an independent contributor by spending time with my work friends.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I don't like that I can't have a call queue from HubSpot in my Nooks. Like, I have to do it by the task name, not the call queue. I had to completely change my creation flow. It was definitely confusing. There's a lot of information in Nooks. It wasn't super intuitive, especially with power dials versus parallel dials, power one, power two, power three. It was a really steep learning curve. I wish that it was a little bit more intuitive.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks gives me time back because I can dial quickly, and it helps me feel less lonely by letting me connect with my work friends.

 ### 18. Empowers Outreach with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amith K. | Inside Sales Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks primarily to dial more prospects and reach a wider ICP, which helps me get more connections. It has a parallel dialer that cuts down the time when reaching out to multiple prospects at once and connects me directly to the prospect who picks up the call, so I don't end up wasting time. I really like using the paddle dialer and find the account filter great. The initial setup wasn't challenging at all because the customer success team was great and set up everything for us. The integration to HubSpot was smooth.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I think there is a bit of lag when Nooks connects with the prospects while Parallel dialing. The buffer is about a couple of seconds. I would like that to be a little less, but I can live with that for now.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks helps me dial more prospects, reach a wider ICP, and make more connections. It solves the outbound scaling process with its parallel dialer, cutting time and directly connecting me to prospects, avoiding wasted time.

 ### 19. Intuitive, Reliable Power Dialer That Boosts Outbound Calling Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

What I like best about Nooks is how much it improves the efficiency of outbound calling without making the workflow more complicated. The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, so new team members can get up to speed quickly, and the power dialer with AI-assisted features helps me spend more time talking to prospects instead of dealing with manual tasks. It integrates smoothly with our CRM, making it simple to track calls and update records without switching between multiple tools. The platform has been reliable with minimal lag, and the analytics provide valuable insights that help refine our outreach strategy. Overall, the time savings and increase in productive conversations have delivered a strong return on investment, and whenever we've needed assistance, the support team has been responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Sometimes there are a few delays when the call connects. I think that can be fixed.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks has solved one of our biggest challenges, maximizing the amount of time our sales team spends actually speaking with prospects. Before using it, a significant portion of the day was spent manually dialing numbers, leaving voicemails, and updating CRM records. With Nooks' AI-powered dialing, automated workflows, and seamless CRM integration, those repetitive tasks are handled much more efficiently, allowing us to focus on meaningful conversations and follow-ups. The platform's analytics also help us identify what's working and where we can improve, leading to better outreach strategies and higher productivity. Overall, it's helped us increase call volume, improve team efficiency, and generate more opportunities without adding complexity to our sales process.

 ### 20. Intuitive UI and Best-in-Class Parallel Dialer That Saves Us Tons of Time

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

The UI is super easy to use, with the left side bar showcasing analytics, call logs, call library, rooms to enter with coworkers and then the main dialing page. Then, on the dialer, there are so many filters, so you can get the best experience as a sales rep. This is because you can filter your call list by industry, sequence (integrated from Hubspot), time zones and more, redefining the logical flow when cold calling. Also, the parallel dialer is by far the best thing about Nooks, being the reason we brought it on as an investment in our company. The amount of time saved parallel dialing is unmatched compared to the system we had before Nooks. It is so quick and enables us sales reps to efficiently then dedicate time to other tasks.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

There are some lags with Nooks. Despite Nooks having set up a support integration within Slack for us to reach out to support and ask our questions, responses lag and it seems as though often, the support doesn't actually assist us, just merely try to find a possible answer and then drop it off there. For example, we send examples and write in much detail the problems we face, whether technical, data issues or tweaks/faults, and more than half the times, this has not been solved. However, the constant updating Nooks has on its platform ensures these faults are at a minimum.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We struggled with calling hundreds of contacts/lead per day, as we had to manually call them, one by one. This is solved by Nooks's parallel dialer, since you can call up to 5 numbers at once, creating efficiencies in your workflows and allowing for a large volume of calls.

 ### 21. Streamlined Call Process with Minor Stability Hurdles

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gunpreet K. | Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks for calling, reporting, and review meetings. I really appreciate how Nooks simplifies the entire calling process and reduces manual effort. It helps reduce manual dialing and repetitive tasks, keeps everything organized in one place, and makes outreach much more efficient. The efficiency of tracking performance and improving connect rates is a big plus. The initial setup was smooth and easy to navigate, with a straightforward interface that made the onboarding process uncomplicated.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

It works well but improving stability during high volume dialing and making reporting more accurate would make the experience even better. During high volume or parallel dialing, the platform can occasionally lag or hang, which interrupts the flow and wastes time. On the reporting side, I've noticed a mismatch in actual dialing time versus what gets recorded so making the tracking more accurate would really help. Also, when I'm already talking to one prospect and at the same time another prospect calls, it should not ring the bell then I'm not able to hear anything the prospect is saying and it is also distracting.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for calling, reporting, and review meetings. It reduces manual dialing and repetitive tasks, keeps everything organized in one place, and makes it easier to track performance and improve connect rates. It simplifies the calling process, reducing manual effort and making outreach more efficient.

 ### 22. Efficient Dialing and Seamless Data Access

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vuppusetty P. | Sr. Financial Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like Nooks for its easy access to information and fast dialing, which saves me a lot of time. The callbacks setup is really good because it reminds us of things we might forget, which is an amazing feature. I find Nooks faster than Orum in dialing, which is an improvement for us, and the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Maybe the reporting part. It should give us a clear picture on how many dials are made, how many no answers, how many callbacks, how many not interested, etc., in a very simple format.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks helps with quick dialing and easy navigation of customer data, saving me a lot of time. It offers fast dialing and easy access to information, along with a great callback setup that reminds us, which is amazing.

 ### 23. Nooks Supercharged Our Dialing with AI, Seamless Integrations, and Clear ROI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

⚙️ Performance & Parallel Dialing
The multi-line parallel dialer fires up to 5 lines simultaneously, using AI to filter out busy signals, bad numbers, and voicemails. This compresses the usual dead time between calls to zero. A cold-calling block of 50 dials that used to drag across an entire morning now takes roughly 15 minutes, keeping our reps in a perfect flow state.

🤖 AI / Intelligence
The AI Assistant does the heavy lifting for pre-call research. Instead of a rep spending 10 minutes digging through Google, Nooks surfaces buying signals and persona context directly in the dialer view. During live calls, AI Coaching provides real-time objection-handling prompts, while post-call AI transcriptions save managers hours of manual pipeline auditing.

🔌 Integrations
The integration with Salesforce and our Sales Engagement Platforms (Outreach/Salesloft) is incredibly reliable. Reps pull active sequences directly into Nooks with zero extra data prep. Call tasks, dispositions, and notes sync back automatically, completely eliminating manual data logging and keeping our CRM hygiene pristine.

💰 Pricing / ROI
While Nooks is a premium investment with a custom quote model, it pays for itself rapidly. Within our first 45 days, our connect rates jumped from 8% to 14%, and meetings booked more than doubled. It delivers clear ROI by consolidating separate subscriptions for dialing, call recording, and virtual office spaces into a single platform.

🤝 Support & Onboarding
The Nooks implementation team provided high-touch support, helping with custom field mapping and staying live on our virtual floor during our initial team dialing blitzes. This hands-on onboarding cut our new rep ramp time in half. Because the UI guides them through target messaging and automated research, new hires are holding quality conversations within two weeks instead of two months.

💡 Unexpected Benefit: The biggest surprise was how effectively Nooks combats remote sales burnout. The gamified leaderboards and instant audio rooms give our distributed team a genuine sense of community, which has noticeably boosted morale and dropped our rep turnover rates.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

At this point there is nothing that we dislike about Nooks, great platform!

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks solves the core bottlenecks of outbound sales: dead time spent dialing, tedious manual data logging, and remote rep isolation.

Instead of wasting hours waiting on ring cycles or doing manual pre-call research, their AI parallel dialer eliminates dead time while instantly surfacing prospect context.

The benefit to us is massive velocity and improved morale. Our connect rates jumped from 8% to 14%, new hire ramp times cut in half, and the Virtual Sales Floor brought back a high-energy bullpen atmosphere. It turned a tedious grind into a highly collaborative, pipeline-generating engine.

 ### 24. Boosts Cold Calling Efficiency with Intuitive Tools

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ANUJ P. | Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I really like Nooks for cold calling campaigns and generating reports. Its auto and parallel dialing feature reduces the manual task and increases my connect rate. The single user-friendly dashboard where I can get all the information together is very helpful. The auto dialing process is efficient, and I love that we can generate new numbers on the spot. I also appreciate using the reporting and dialer parts, especially for team reports and bar graphs. The suggestive part for objections on calls and better connection rates were a major factor in switching from our previous product. Setting up Nooks was quite easy, with no significant challenges.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

One thing that can be improved is sometimes for incoming calls we don't get real-time visibility of the call details, which causes some trouble. The information of the caller is not visible to me; it takes 2-3 minutes sometimes.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks provides auto and parallel dialing, reducing manual tasks with a user-friendly dashboard. It increases my connect rate and lets me generate new numbers on the spot.

 ### 25. Greatest SDR Cheat Code of All-Time - Nooks!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

What I like most about Nooks is how much faster and more focused it makes outbound calling. The parallel dialer, call tasks, CRM syncing, and clean UI help me stay in a steady rhythm, instead of bouncing between tools or manually tracking every step.

It also makes high-volume prospecting feel less draining, which helps me stay consistent and productive.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Overall, there isn’t much I dislike, but a few workflow details could be smoother. I’d really appreciate better control over time zones, clearer and more consistent handling of invalid numbers, and more flexibility when it comes to follow-ups, callbacks, and re-queuing specific prospects.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks solves the problem of keeping high-volume outbound calling organized, fast, and easy to manage within a single workflow. Its strong UI / UX, reliable performance, and CRM integrations help me move through call lists more quickly, track outcomes accurately, and cut down on manual admin.

The biggest benefits are improved productivity and a better return on my company’s investment in me, because I can spend more time having conversations and less time managing the process.

 ### 26. Helpful Call Reporting and Insights That Make Weekly Outreach Planning Easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amruthavarshini N. | Business Development Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like the call reporting features on Nooks. The user-level information, persona-level information, and insights are helpful, and they help me plan my weeks and outreach ahead of time.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I don’t like that Nooks doesn’t load all contacts from a company during a one-off call. It only pulls in a few, which limits my options when I’m searching for and calling prospects in Nooks using the One-off feature.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks helps me deal with the constant changes and switching of numbers during calls. It automatically rotates numbers based on the prospect’s area code and on how many calls I’ve already made from a given number within a particular time period. This feature is really beneficial and saves me a lot of time. The availability of live battlecards and transcripts is also helpful, and the fact that I can easily access HubSpot and Apollo lists directly from Nooks is another big time-saver.

 ### 27. Nooks Makes Auto-Dialing Easy — Boosted Call Efficiency & Connections

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anya O. | sales development representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

Auto dialers can be overwhelming, but Nooks makes it easy. I'm able to complete calls efficiently and increase my connection rates. I can see which numbers are working, review past conversations with prospects when they pick up, and overall improve both call quality and quantity.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I've had calls cancel unexpectedly. The system also doesn't automatically exclude companies outside their business hours when dialing, so I've accidentally called contacts in Europe at midnight.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are expected to make 200 dials a day, and this helps me reach that goal. It also helps me increase my connect rate by showing which numbers are working best.

 ### 28. Streamlined Prospecting with Seamless CRM Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laurentiu T. | Career Consultant Intern, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like how Nooks integrates into our CRM, which makes my work as a salesperson much easier. It allows me to start every day with a ready-to-call list so I can power dial through prospects efficiently. The connection with LinkedIn is really helpful too, giving me a good understanding of who I'm calling and why. This integration and functionality simplify my day-to-day tasks significantly.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I'm a bit frustrated with the power dialing feature in Nooks. When I'm dialing prospects from different regions or countries, I want the power dialer to automatically switch phone numbers according to the region. Sometimes it doesn't do this automatically, which can be an inconvenience.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to dial prospects as a business development representative. It's integrated with our CRM and LinkedIn, providing a ready-to-call list and understanding of prospects, making my work easier.

 ### 29. Efficient Outbound Calls with Stellar Parallel Dialing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I really love the parallel dialing feature in Nooks, which lets me dial five numbers at the same time. This makes me more efficient by allowing me to make use of all the leads I have loaded in a day. It's just a really good feature to have. Setting up Nooks was very easy for us, thanks to our use of Okta, which allows single sign-on to all of our applications. I just click on Nooks from our Okta, and it works instantly. I also appreciate how Nooks integrates with Salesforce, giving us easy access to client details during our outbound calls. I believe that Nooks is one of the most powerful outbound call tools I've used in nearly a decade of doing outbound calling, and it's one of the best tools I've used so far.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I think the dispositions that our company have added on Nooks is pretty much not enough to cover some of the issues we handled during our call. It's really more from our side.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for dialing leads and making outbound calls efficiently. The parallel dialing feature lets me call five numbers at once, making it easy to manage a large number of leads in a shorter time.

 ### 30. Fast Dialing and Smart Call Categorization Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tomas C. | team lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

The speed for dialing and the features to categorize the calls

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Feedback on Nooks
Information Overload: There is often too much information and too many visual elements displayed at once. The UI can feel cluttered, making it overwhelming and difficult to focus on the task at hand.

Persistent Dialing Issues: The automated calling logic can be frustrating. For instance, even after leaving a voicemail or finishing a conversation, the system sometimes continues to dial the contact's secondary numbers automatically.

Call Log Management: The way calls are logged or synced can feel messy, especially when trying to track which specific interaction took place.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like that the app support making more dials, reaching more people, and improving the connection rate so I can connect with more contacts overall.

 ### 31. Boosts Prospecting with Intuitive AI Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabriel W. | Sales Associate II, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like how intuitive Nooks is. The AI-generated summary on why a contact or account is a good fit for our product is probably the best feature. I also just like how Nooks automatically records the calls and provides a summary as soon as the call is over. Another feature I like is that Nooks picks up on the response during a call—if they're not interested, it'll take them out of the sequence, or if there’s a wrong contact. I also enjoy the power dialer, which allows me to dial three to five numbers at the same time and get through a long list of contacts quickly.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I would say that the thing that can be improved is what pops up on the screen during the call and how readily available it is. You kinda have to scroll through and look through different things to find the relevant information. And if certain information was just, you know, things such as, like, battle cards or responses that are generated based on the context of the call in, I guess, real time transcript.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to access account insights, automate sequence uploads, and organize calls. It records calls and documents steps, handling administrative tasks and improving my outreach efficiency.

 ### 32. AI Coaching Assistant Helps SDRs Improve and Excel

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chrissy G. | Sales Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I personally love the AI coaching assistant the best. This has enabled my SDRs to really dig into what they're doing well, but more importantly what they need to improve on.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

There's nothing I dislike, but I with there was a management AI tool that I could use to help coach my SDRs more efficiently.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I manage 13 SDRs so the AI coaching helps me work with them to improve their calls - it's really tough for me to listen to every single call and identify a theme in terms of what they need to improve on without this capability.. I also LOVE the sales floor especially on WFH days - it's helps the SDRs stay more connected.

 ### 33. Modern UI with Salesfloor Chat, Strong Enrichment, and Helpful AI Roleplay Bots

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric F. | Business Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

My favorite feature is the salesfloor, where you can chat with coworkers while making calls. I also like the nooks numbers and enrichment; it has helped me find more numbers in cases where ZoomInfo alone wouldn’t. The UI feels very modern, and I like the AI roleplay bots—they make warming up for the day much easier without burning calls.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Sometimes the enrichment provides bad numbers however its understandable that its just going to be a gamble.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have to click and dial individual prospect and log calls manualy now its easily done for us, even the notes auto fill from the call

 ### 34. Turns Cold Calling From a Grind Into Real Pipeline

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dakota H. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

What I like best about Nooks is how it turns cold calling from a grind into something that feels strategic and efficient. The UI is clean and sales focused, with one call card front and center so I can stay in selling mode instead of tabbing around. It integrates smoothly with our CRM and SEP, so tasks and notes sync automatically without extra work. Performance is solid, with fast parallel dialing and very few dropped calls. The AI research, script suggestions, and auto‑summarized notes save me hours each week and improve my talk tracks over time. Support and onboarding were straightforward, with clear docs and quick help when needed. For the ROI, the lift in live connects and cleaner data easily justifies the pricing for a high‑volume outbound team.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

The pricing is on the higher side compared with simpler dialers.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks turned our phone into a reliable pipeline engine. Reps stay in flow longer, managers can coach in real time, and our team consistently books more high-quality meetings with less effort.

 ### 35. Effortless Dialing with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darryl D. | Sales Development Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks for outbound dialing prospects integrated with HubSpot. I love the ease of dialing, as it allows us to power dial by choosing levels from 1 to 5. What I like about Nooks is that my team and I can communicate under one bubble or room, and I can lock myself in a bubble when I need to focus on delivering output. Integrating HubSpot and Google Calendar is also easy, with everything just one click away. The initial setup of Nooks was super easy, and I would recommend it to a friend or colleague with a solid 10.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Just timely update on software upgrade. Sometimes, Nooks surprise us. For any updates or upgrade. Nooks can simply send us a blast email, to anticipate downtime and eliminate unpleasant surprises.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for easy dialing by choosing power dial levels. It integrates Hubspot and Google Calendar seamlessly. I like that it allows us to communicate in one room or focus in a bubble.

 ### 36. Enhances Connect Rates with Effortless AI Assistance

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andre T. | Sales Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I really like that Nooks helps me get higher connect rates without having to check for spam numbers, which makes dialing more effective. It's made it so I don't have to go through 400 calls to get a certain amount of connects, and I can get connected much faster more often. I also appreciate the AI benefits, which allow me to track and have better outreach. The AI automatically summarizes calls, which helps me keep notes, reminds me to give callbacks, and even creates a Google Calendar link automatically. This is really nice.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

N/A

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks helps me get higher connect rates without checking for spam numbers, saves time dialing, and offers AI that automatically summarizes calls, tracks information, and creates calendar links. It makes outreach faster and more effective.

 ### 37. Powerful Call Management, But Setup Is Challenging

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sandhya V. | Onboarding Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like the filters on notes that help me understand who I'm gonna call today, especially for people who haven't picked up the phone in seven or thirty days. This feature is my favorite because it instantly populates my list with more calls and helps me boost my outcomes. I also love the Salesforce integration, which allows me to pull lists off Salesforce into Nooks, giving me a ton of people to call and action. That's really good. Another feature I appreciate is the parallel dialing feature, which has significantly saved me time.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I think the way Nooks handles my calls is not really working for me. I use Gong as my outreach tool and syncing data between Gong and Nooks can be frustrating. Nooks filters out and shows only the warmer calls, while cold ones go in a separate list, which makes it difficult to track how many calls I initially had from Gong compared to what I have left in Nooks. Manually reconciling this data is tedious and time-consuming. The initial setup was also hard due to transitioning from making calls one by one on Zoom Phone to the fast pace of parallel dialing on Nooks, which felt overwhelming at first.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for managing team communications and making calls to prospects. The filters save me time by organizing call lists, while Salesforce integration boosts efficiency. Parallel dialing enhances productivity by allowing more calls in less time, though manual data reconciliation with Gong is a downside.

 ### 38. Smooth Dialer for Productive Sales Teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

What I like best about Nooks is how easy it makes it for reps to connect, collaborate, and stay productive throughout the calling workflow. The platform is intuitive, the dialer experience is smooth, and the live coaching/collaboration features help the team work together more effectively. It saves time, improves visibility into activity, and makes outbound calling feel much more organized and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

There isn’t much I strongly dislike about Nooks, but one area that could be improved is occasional performance or loading speed when switching between calls, tabs, or workflows. Some parts of the interface can also feel a little busy at first, especially for new users. Overall it works well, but continued improvements to speed, reliability, and simplifying the UI would make the experience even better.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks helps solve the challenge of keeping outbound calling organized, efficient, and collaborative. Before using it, it could be harder to manage call blocks, track activity, and get real-time support from the team. With Nooks, reps can make calls more consistently, collaborate live, and stay focused in one workflow. It saves time, improves productivity, and gives better visibility into what is working during outbound efforts.

 ### 39. Efficient Daily Dials with Sleek UI, Minor Connectivity Issues

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ash R. | Corporate Account Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like the UI, and also I like the ability to power dial multiple people at once. I just know where to look, and being able to find things quickly saves me time. I can finish up my daily activity in not a couple of minutes, but, like, an hour or so.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

There was this one time where I was in the middle of a call with the VP, and I was power dialing multiple people at once. The second person had a call screening, and because of it, the call connected with him after he picked up at the last second, which disconnected the call I had with the VP. When I tried to call the VP back, he didn't pick up again. That was the only bad part I had with Nooks, and it was pretty annoying.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for outbounding and daily dials. The UI and power dialing save me time, allowing me to finish tasks in about an hour.

 ### 40. Nooks Makes Reaching More Prospects Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan G. | Senior Business Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

Nooks makes it very easy to reach, or at least attempt to reach, significantly more people throughout the day. They also have a great way to clean up bad data when that’s an issue I’m running into. I especially like being able to quickly have my call-from number adapt and match the prospect’s number, which results in more pick-ups.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

If I am dialing a one off number thats not in my CRM, have a good convo, I can't log it and the conversation gets lost.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem it solves is the number of conversations I am having through out the day. Im getting more connects, more conversations, and its resulting in more meetings booked.

 ### 41. Efficient for Sales Calls, Needs Stability Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Quentin O. | Business Development Representative, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like the organization of Nooks and the note-taking features. I also appreciate the filtering options and the customizability of the UI. These features help me not feel so overwhelmed by the number of prospects I have to call and ensure that when I call, it's the right time, making the process more effective. Additionally, once I learned about the power dialing, Nooks became a lot easier to use. It was pretty straightforward to set up, and getting the integration going was quick.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I feel like a lot of the prospects that I have on SalesLoft that I transfer over to Nooks don't appear in Nooks all the time. Also, when Nooks is laggy, due to Wi-Fi or low connection, the service gets really bad.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to make calls more effectively, filter by time zone, take notes, and have better conversations with prospects. It helps me not feel overwhelmed by prospects and ensures I call them at the right time.

 ### 42. Boosts Efficiency with Auto and Parallel Dialing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harshit S. | Senior Healthcare Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks for calling, and I’m genuinely impressed by features like auto dialing and parallel dialing, which help me connect with prospects quickly. The AI summary feature is also very helpful for keeping track of conversations. I also find that auto disposition saves me time on manual updates, which improves my overall efficiency. On top of that, the initial setup was straightforward and easy.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

The dial time shown in the reporting doesn’t seem to be calibrated properly. I’m spending more time on calls, but the reports consistently show less time than I actually spent.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks has boosted my efficiency with auto and parallel dialing, so I can connect with prospects quickly. The auto-disposition feature saves me time on manual updates, and the AI summary is genuinely helpful and easy to rely on after calls.

 ### 43. Powerful, Intuitive Dialer with Deep Integrations and Responsive Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jimmy G. | Enterprise & Mid-Market Sales Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

Nooks has been an extremely powerful tool for our SDR team. The UI is very intuitive for setting up your call lists. There are deep integrations with our CRM and SEP. The performance and uptime is much better compared to other dialing tools that we've used in the past. Pricing compared to the market seems more than reasonable. The Nooks support team has been extremely responsive when there are questions posed by our team. And The AI tooling enhancements have made it a lot more efficient to surface specific calls/objections that should be reviewed.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I can't really highlight anything that I dislike.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem that Nooks is solving is the amount of time it takes to dial through our ICP.

 ### 44. Efficient Call Management, User-Friendly Experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madeline K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like Nooks because it allows us to make calls together, listen in on each other's conversations, and provide moral support during negative experiences with prospects. I also like that we can call multiple people at once, and organize our lists by time zone, or by sequence, or by whether numbers are cold or hot. These features make the process of calling a lot easier and more organized. My team and I also found the initial setup to be very easy. The product is intuitive to learn, and overall, it's a great product.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Sometimes we're still not hitting the best numbers for people. I really don't like hitting people on their cell phones, but I know sometimes that's the only contact information we have.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think Nooks solves the problem of finding accurate numbers and the right contacts, ensuring we can track our data accurately.

 ### 45. Feature-Rich Outbound Calling with Easy-to-Manage Call Tasks

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

Nooks has a variety of features to elevate the outbound experience for BDRs. The call tasks are easy to see, group and execute upon, and you can adjust for volume or more meticulous dialing.
It uses call intelligence to pull up information from previous calls so you have what you need at hand for a strong conversation, as well as giving you a score on sentiment and performance after as well.
Getting set-up on the system was simple, there was no delay, and it integrates with Gong very well.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

There are times when a call task is not advanced after an action is taken and you do need to refresh the page for it to update.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outbound calling products can be clunky and have account/prospect info scattered around in different places. Using Nooks is very simple, smooth and it collates relevant information which is then visible for when you begin calling. Essentially, it helps with efficiency and to focus on calls without distraction

 ### 46. Essential for Remote Sales Teams with Rapid Dialing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hyper A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like Nooks for the speed of the parallel dialer, which is the best part. It saves time by getting reps actively talking to prospects within minutes instead of wasting time on ringing tones or repetitive voicemails. The virtual sales floor is also great as it helps fix the isolation of remote work by bringing back team culture and keeping the team motivated.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

The biggest thing that could be improved is the initial onboarding and CRM integration process. Setting it up to sync perfectly with our specific workflows and custom fields took a bit more time and back and forth than we expected, which slowed down our rollout a little. Also, while the AI answering machine detection is generally great and saves a massive amount of time, it occasionally has a slight lag when routing a live connection to a rep, or it misidentifies a quirky corporate voicemail as a human.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks primarily for outbound calling, keeping our remote sales team connected. It solves remote team isolation and improves CRM data hygiene. The parallel dialer saves time for reps, and the virtual sales floor enhances team culture and motivation.

 ### 47. Best Product in Class

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

The ability to multi-dial prospects and place those calls using a variety of different filters is really helpful. It lets me increase my overall number of dials and make them in a clear order based on my prioritization.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

The biggest thing I dislike is that the notes logged within Nooks aren’t respected or carried over into our CRM. I’m not sure whether an integration is possible, but as it stands, it ends up splitting our notes across different mediums.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks is solving the problem of spending too much time calling prospects. It speeds up the process with parallel dialing, auto voicemails, calling number generation, and number rotation. I make anywhere from 150–250 calls a day, and I don’t think those numbers would be possible without Nooks.

Nooks is also helping solve the problem of finding phone numbers to call. The Nooks numbers have resulted in multiple meetings that I do not know if we would have ever found those number elsewhere.

 ### 48. Boosted Connection Rates and Enhanced Analytics

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Varsha A. | Senior Business Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like Nooks because it gives me a better connect rate compared to other dialers I've used in the past. I also appreciate that it provides me with detailed notes of my conversations with prospects, which really helps. The ability to auto-create tasks right from the call and have them directly added to my calendar is great for keeping my follow-ups and later reach-outs on track. Additionally, the analytics section is really helpful in giving me a clear idea of what's working with my pitch, which keywords prospects are responding to better, and what leads my conversations into meetings, so I can learn from that and incorporate it into future conversations. The initial setup was pretty easy as well, and the team was very helpful in explaining the tool and showing us the best practices to make the most out of our subscription.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

The manual editing is a bit of a hassle. It would be great if I could add numbers or referrals directly into Nooks. Also, there's a slight delay between Apollo, my lead provider, and Nooks. A smoother integration would improve my experience.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for better connect rates, detailed call notes, automated task creation, calendar integration, and analytics. It helps optimize my call strategies by analyzing prospect reactions and improves tracking follow-ups.

 ### 49. Boosts Call Efficiency with Smart AI Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks for outbound calls, and I find the parallel dialing feature really impressive as it helps me get through more conversations in less time. I also like the AI features that summarize my calls and record important information. They save a lot of time before and after calls. The automatic call summarization allows me to quickly review conversations without needing to relisten to recordings or manually type detailed notes into the CRM, making the workflow smoother. Additionally, the initial setup of Nooks was super easy, aided by a video created by my boss for our specific needs.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Sometimes it glitches out, and I have to refresh the page. Not sure if this is server related.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Parallel dialing in Nooks helps me get through more conversations in less time. The AI features save time by summarizing calls and recording important information, making the workflow smoother by allowing me to focus on conversations rather than documentation.

 ### 50. Fantastic Reporting Features, Challenging Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nishant G. | Sales Support Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I really like Nooks for its advanced reporting features and customizable settings. It's great that I can get reporting statistics for each user, team, and organization as a whole. The ability to dig deeper into different types of dispositions and understand which personas and verticals are performing well is quite beneficial. It also helps to identify wrong numbers, call drops, and other aspects, improving our outbound calling efficiency. Customizing CRM settings helps me fill in stagnant CRM values for certain calls, which is really important for our reports and dashboards within the CRM. The capability to sync data in a customized way to our CRM is something I find very useful.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I find Nooks credits a bit expensive, which can be a turn-off for teams. The setup process is also quite tedious, involving many elements like battle cards, scorecards, personas, and more. It's not straightforward and took us about one to two weeks to fully set it up.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for outbound calling, which helps our BDR reach out to prospects effectively. Its advanced reporting features and customizable settings enhance our data analysis, improving our call strategies and CRM integration for better reporting and dashboards.
