The ability to create audiences based on website activity or product events is invaluable, as it allows us to trigger campaigns off those actions. I really dislike Unify because the tool simply does not work. Everything needs improvement, especially their plays which are terrible. Prospecting is a 0/10, since it finds more outdated profiles than active ones. I'm getting a lot of prospects who left the company like 3-5 years ago. Their phone number enrichment is very bad, and the integrations with other tools like Salesforce are horrible. Unify just creates more chaos than ever before that I have to clean up because they don't know how.
