What do you like best about Unify?

I use Unify for team collaboration and meetings, and I appreciate that it consolidates everything in one platform, so there is no scattered communication. One of the standout features for me is the built-in calling systems, which make voice and video calling incredibly easy. What do you like best about Unify?

I'm a sucker for a beautiful UI and Unify hits that easily but obviously, there's more to it. It's very easy to use, the AI agents work very well and you can set up outbound motions based on traffic and intent in 5-10 minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Unify is a very powerful tool because you can really create marketing/sales outreach for highly targeted audiences - using intent data - in a matter of minutes. The amount of work you take is a fraction vs. other platforms, so you can reinvest the time to interact and test more, and be more strategic in your outreach.

What do you like best about Unify?

We have identified >10k companies hitting our website in month 1 of using Unity GTM. The accuracy of the data is great. We have begun to sequence target audience segments and the efficiency of that first touch is game changing.

We are an agency helping clients with Marketing Automation, so to see improvements from a well tracked website with ~20k unique monthly visits was surprising to us.

We have been delighted with the fast feature shipping since we went live, it adds significant depth to the core functionality that we purchased for.

The tracking is easy to account for and begin simple, fast sequences from known high traffic areas of the website.

Me and my CEO review the company list near daily to check in on the warmth and type of company visiting - this drives a feedback loop with marketing content to address more definitive perceived needs in target accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Unify?

What do you like best about Unify?

Identifies the company domain of about half of our web traffic. Setup of this was very easy.

The "Plays" feature combined with "Agents" lets us qualify prospects to our specific ICP (e.g. we don't have to rely on generic industry or headcount categories).

When we outbound to companies showing high intent we're seeing 80% open rates and 5% reply rates, vs 30% and <1% for cold outbound. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate that Unify brings together all aspects of sales prospecting and outbound into a single platform. Rather than paying for multiple tools, I can rely on Unify to handle everything I need for my outbound strategy. Their data is also more accurate than other providers I've used, and it's incredibly easy to use with a much simpler implementation process than I've experienced elsewhere. What do you dislike about Unify?

The only major downside for me is the pricing. While it may be competitive with similar tools, as a small business owner, their pricing model doesn’t quite fit my budget.
