## Nooks Reviews
 ### 1. Effortless CRM with Excellent UI and Easy Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick S. | SDR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I find the Nooks system very useful and incredibly easy to use, which makes it a great addition for my team. It effectively solves many of our outreach issues, especially where other CRMs struggle with reaching out to mass prospects. I really like the clean and easy-to-use user interface. It helps me manage my tasks and prospects effortlessly, with everything clearly outlined and categorized. The implementation process was very smooth, making the initial setup very easy.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

The bridge to connect time could improve.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to solve outreach issues, making mass prospect reach outs easier, which was a problem in other CRMs. The clean and easy user interface allows me to manage tasks and prospects effortlessly.

 ### 2. Boosts Sales Efficiency but Needs Some Polishing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like that we could be there as a team in the lobby, and it feels like you're on a real sales floor. I enjoy being able to learn from other teammates when they're in their calls. Using Nooks, I can have a list of prospects and notes and conduct parallel dialing, which helps us get through as many calls as possible in a day while being efficient about it. I also use Nooks to view Salesforce information. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Definitely, the glitchiness, and it kicking us out randomly and the lag time.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for managing prospects and notes, enabling efficient parallel dialing, maximizing daily calls, and accessing Salesforce info.

 ### 3. Intuitive UI, Easy to Use, and Exceptionally Responsive Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alessandro N. | BDR, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

Ease of use, great user interface and easy to understand. Support is also extremely responsive, any problem and they are there to fix it!

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Honestly nothing so far, there are just so many different tools/integrations/features that everyday I am learning more and more

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks is helping me get in contact with possible prospects that help build pipeline for our sales team

 ### 4. Empowers Remote Teams with Virtual Workspaces

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diego G. | GTM Strategy & Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like the Virtual Workspaces in Nooks, which are a great teaching and morale boost for SDRs, especially those who are remote or distributed but need to learn as a group. The ability for SDRs to chat with each other while making dials helps them support and coach each other with tips. I also appreciate the ease of building reports, as they provide great visibility and are easy to use. Additionally, the integration with our email sequencer connects well. Nooks is also an organized Auto-Dialer with better coaching, which makes it valuable.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Not much. A future thing I'd love for them to build is a full email sequencer. This could help us manage outbound through a single pane of glass, rather than switching between our dialer and email sequencer.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for virtual workspaces, which bring SDRs together and enhance team culture. It offers detailed outbound call tracking for effective coaching and uses an Auto-Dialer for scalable calling.

 ### 5. Built-In AI Research That Speeds Up Lead Enrichment

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark G. | Sales Development Representative, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

AI research built in, reduces research and enrichment time for every time a lead is next up to call. The AI agent I built shows up right on the screen where I want it.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Really just that I am having to get used to it as we switch from our previous platform. But that would be a problem with any change so it's not the fault of Nooks.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me run through my leads at a much faster rate, helps me filter through and filter out bad phone numbers.

 ### 6. Empowers Efficient Team Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like that Nooks has a spam filter that lets you know if a phone number has already been marked as spam, which is pretty cool. I also appreciate the ability to group calls, making dials while on the sales floor with others, which is really neat. The screen sharing feature is also beneficial because it lets us help each other with work, like fixing issues or updating something, and that's really useful. Additionally, for my role, doing the basic connections was really easy, and the settings were pretty straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I can't see any at the moment. I'm actually really content with everything that it does. Maybe direct DM to other folks. I don't know if that's something that has available or maybe it's not even on for us. I don't know the capabilities of Nooks altogether. Maybe I would say if you ever made a mistake and forgot to attach a lead to one of the calls, that it automatically saves it even if no lead attached, instead of losing it. (but could also be i have not seen the it in the right spot of settings)

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks makes remote work easier by enabling group dials and screen sharing, which is engaging and helpful for troubleshooting. The spam filter helps avoid landing in spam during outreach by identifying numbers already marked as spam.

 ### 7. Boosts Cold Outreach Efficiency, But Has Some Lag Issues

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jake C. | Corporate Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I definitely like the power dialing feature of Nooks. It helps us reach more prospects within an hour, probably giving us a 30 to 40% increase in the number of dials we make, which means more conversations. One of their beta features, the Spotify integration, is also great. It allows me to listen to music, and it auto-pauses when making calls, which makes cold calling a bit more bearable and enjoyable. Additionally, the initial setup was very intuitive and easy for the sales team, with the ability to import outreach sequences with just one click.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Sometimes there's a lag between when a customer picks up and when we're on the phone. So sometimes the customer's already said hello and answered the phone, and we don't actually hear that until sometimes there's, like, a two second lag, which can be a bit jarring for customers. So it'd be nice if that lag was smaller.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks allows us to reach more prospects faster with its auto and power dialing functions, probably doubling our cold outbound efforts.

 ### 8. Off-the-Charts Connect Rates That Help Expand Reach.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arvind Nath T. | Senior Financial Technology Advisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

The connect percentage is off the charts. It's really helping us to expand our reach and get some meaningful traction.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Due to its ringing length, calling about 200 prospects becomes a little timer taking

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier, we used to make dials on outreach, and that was really annoying as we weren't able to reach as many prospects and meet our targets. But now, after Nooks, the connect ratio has moved up tremendously, and we can make enough dials and have meaningful conversations.

 ### 9. Revolutionized My Dialing and Pipeline Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamaine W. | Medical Sales Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks for dialing and ensuring that my pipeline is always hot, making at least 200 phone calls a day. The biggest thing I like is that Nooks keeps me in order while other dialers just dial away without helping you to really truly scale your dials. I never had crashes with it, and the initial setup was super dummy easy.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Bad feedback, and Nooks is always working for me. I've never had a crash or anything.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to make at least 200 phone calls a day and ensure my pipeline is always hot, keeping me organized.

 ### 10. Reliable Calling with Stellar Support but Needs UI Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mukund C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I find Nooks very reliable, as I have not faced any issues that cause work delays. Their customer support is impressive; the AE and the Nooks team respond within minutes, even for trivial issues. They solve problems with minimal friction. I also really appreciate the quality of the phone numbers, as I've not experienced any drop in connect rates. The product setup was very smooth and easy.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I'm not the biggest fan of the UI. It took me a bit to understand why a few numbers are in DNC. Also, we can only see a few contacts from the calling list by default. I want to be able to see all the dial-able numbers in one tab. Honestly, I prefer Koncert's UI to this.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for parallel dialing while maintaining phone number quality, which keeps my connect rates stable.

 ### 11. High Connect Rates, Needs UX Improvements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Duaa D.

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like the automated parallel calling and the fact that the numbers can be enriched, which makes the connect rate really high. It's quite time-efficient and helps me focus on my primary goals. Compared to other platforms like Outreach, Nooks offers a superior connect rate.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Sometimes it's not as easy to use. So the UX can be really improved or just generally how it's designed. It gets a little complicated for a new person to use. And, when I put in tasks, it doesn't upload all the tasks as quickly. I think something that can improve that would be great.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks solves the problem of low connect rates with its high connect rate. The automated parallel calling feature is time efficient and helps me focus on my priorities.

 ### 12. Revolutionized Cold Calling with Seamless Salesforce Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kaden S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like Nooks for its ability to import Salesforce lists, which helps me expand whatever territory I am calling. I also appreciate the AI tools for summarizing calls and increasing connectivity rates. The initial setup was very easy, thanks to the representatives working with us each step of the way and the free trial that allowed us to play around with it.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Importing tasks from Salesforce is a hassle. In Salesforce, if you set a 'task' as an event with a date and time, it pops up where you can use the Five9 extension to call directly from the system. With Nooks, you have to constantly check Salesforce to see if any tasks popped up and then manually input the number into Nooks to call. If there's no contact created for the account, it causes more issues.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks solves issues with calls being labeled as spam, limited call territories, and provides insights into dialing, boosting connectivity rates and increasing demos for me.

 ### 13. Nooks Supercharges Lead Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I love using Nooks for managing my work as a market development representative. It really helps with calling a lot of leads quickly, especially when I have a list of over 400 people. Nooks makes it possible to call everyone in just a couple of hours. I also love the smart dial feature and how it enriches the numbers that are uncallable, making it easy to reach prospects. The setup was easy peasy, and everything is user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

nothing really

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to call over 400 leads quickly, saving time. The smart dial and number enrichment features let me reach all prospects by making previously uncallable numbers accessible.

 ### 14. Efficient Cold Calling with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jack C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I used Nooks’s power dialing feature for my cold calling job and found it really beneficial. I liked how the LinkedIn info is visible so that I don't have to manually click on their LinkedIn link. Also, I appreciated that I was able to filter leads by timezone, which allows me to do more calls per day. The customer support was really helpful, and the initial setup was easy, with the team showing us the interface over a Discord call, making everything else pretty intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I thought that the addition of hotkeys would make everything run so much more smoothly.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for its power dialing, letting me efficiently manage leads with instant LinkedIn info and timezone filtering, boosting my call productivity.

 ### 15. Effortlessly Streamlines Communication with Clean CRM Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hank S. | BDR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like how efficient Nooks is with auto dialing everybody and the automatic voice mail feature. I also appreciate the overall streamlined experience and how easy it is to find all the information on people. It's a really easy program to use, with a very straightforward setup.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I think the best thing that could be improved is when you accidentally dial somebody or don't wanna dial them. If you accidentally call someone or decide not to dial them in the first three seconds, I wish it wouldn't count as a call. It would help to keep track of who I've hung up on more easily, especially for accidental calls.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks makes it easier to maintain CRM relationships, keeping them organized and saving time with a clean dialer flow. It's efficient with auto-dialing and provides a streamlined experience with features like automatic voicemail, making it easy to find information.

 ### 16. Boosts Outbound Efficiency and Real-Time Coaching

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jon S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like how Nooks creates a live collaboration and coaching environment for outbound teams. Managers can listen to calls in real time and jump in with guidance without disrupting the reps, which is a big plus. Reps can learn faster by hearing how teammates handle objections and conversations. The dialing workflow keeps the team focused and productive during call blocks, making outbound calling feel less isolated and more like a team activity. Nooks allows our reps to make high volumes of calls efficiently, and managers can support and coach in real time. It also helps newer reps ramp up faster because they can hear what good calls sound like and practice with AI cold calling bots.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

One area that could be improved is the ability to customize scorecards for QA and coaching. As a manager, QA and structured coaching are a big part of how I develop reps, and it'd be helpful to have more flexibility to build fully customized scorecards inside the platform so teams can track the specific behaviors and KPIs that matter to their organization.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to efficiently make high volumes of calls and allow managers to coach in real time. It boosts call volume, supports reps through live coaching, fosters a collaborative environment, and helps new reps learn faster with AI-assisted practice.

 ### 17. Efficient Research & Seamless Calling

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Austin E. | Senior Strategic Sales Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like the detail in the account notes and the prospecting features in Nooks. It really allows me to have good information to take to a call, so I'm better prepared. I appreciate that it helps me get on the phones quicker and provides tangible notes that give me specific topics to discuss on a call. I also value the ease of use, which has made it simpler to transition, and the ability to have accurate notes. Additionally, I really like the product and would rate it a ten out of ten.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I don't necessarily have too many critiques. I sometimes wish I could group everybody together rather than having virtual assistant numbers separate and uncallable prospects separate. I'd prefer to just have everybody together at times because some of them I know the numbers are correct, even though Nooks might flag it as incorrect. I also don't always want the AI numbers that are found to enrich to override the numbers that I already have.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to streamline outbound calling by reducing time spent on account research, giving me detailed information for effective calls, and allowing me to focus on specific company details without doing all the research myself.

 ### 18. Seamless Salesforce Integration and Effective Communication Boost

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I appreciate how Nooks links with Salesforce pretty seamlessly, which significantly helps with my workflow when reaching out to potential prospects. I like that it uses a local phone number, increasing my connect rate with potential prospects by making calls appear local. The AI email generator is also something I like a lot, as it pulls account information from Salesforce and within Nooks to provide me with a personalized outreach email that I can review before sending, which is really helpful. The initial setup of Nooks was pretty seamless and easy, and once I got hands-on and found my workflow, the setup was not too bad at all.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

One thing I'm not super keen on is the dialer. I just feel like it's a little too quick for me. But that's just me. I've heard a lot of feedback from people that like it.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks integrates seamlessly with Salesforce, improving my workflow for reaching out to prospects. The AI email feature helps generate personalized outreach emails. Using local phone numbers boosts my connect rate with potential prospects.

 ### 19. Desert Island Tool - You can only choose one, I’m taking Nooks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael T. | Cofounder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I run a GTM firm. Have Nooks instances across a # of different clients. The quality and speed at which I can cover TAM is unparalleled. We insist our clients use Nooks.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

No texting from the numbers provided (yet). Would be an awesome add

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There’s no world where I could single line dial the volume I need to each week without nooks. I appreciate the simplicity. Run my lists. Load in. Rock and roll. No fuss

 ### 20. Intuitive and Engaging Tool for Sales Teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erik B. | Business Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I appreciate that Nooks gives our reps a focused area to work in, which helps with logging calls and creates a bit of internal competition. I like that the interface is easy to use and intuitive, making it simple for me to keep track of tasks. Plus, I enjoy the results we get from using it. The whole setup process felt seamless from where I stand.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

The ability to hook in Gong Engage flows.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks gives our reps a focused area to work, log calls, and create a bit of internal competition.

 ### 21. Best dialer on the market.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua S. | Business Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

Parallel dial without lots of bridge time

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Sometimes it takes a bit of time to sync from salesloft but that is the only complaint I have.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it allows me to connect with lots of prospects and have conversations which leads to more meetings booked!

 ### 22. Effortless Dialing and Enrichment, Near-Perfect Solution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vaibhav K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like using Nooks for its power dialing and parallel dialing sessions. In power dialing, I just need to select the list of contacts, and it starts the dialing session. Parallel dialing is great as I can start five calls at a time, and the one that gets answered is picked up while the rest get disconnected. I also appreciate having a large pool of numbers available and the ability to segregate call lists by persona, which enhances the experience. The contact enrichment through multiple platforms makes the job easy, and I find the initial setup to be pretty easy. Overall, these features prompted our team to switch from Aircall to Nooks.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Using the power dialer, it should pick a new number every time on every contact so the chances of getting that number marked as spam are lower and the connect rate gets better. It should automatically replace the numbers which are marked as spam.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks improves my call pickup ratio by creating multiple numbers, simplifies my job with contact enrichment across platforms, and enhances dialing efficiency with power and parallel dialing sessions.

 ### 23. Effortless Multi-Call Capability with Seamless Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angel H. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks to make phone calls every single day, and it's been amazing. It helps me power dial and parallel dial effectively. I can analyze calls quickly, and it syncs well with Outreach and Gong. Calling multiple people at once and tracking all my contacts in one place makes it efficient. Nooks is pretty much ready to go out of the box; very few tools can compete with its reliability, simplicity, user interface, and amazing user experience. It's very good for making more calls in less time. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I'd like to be able to find Nooks on Okta so I don't have to go on the website every time to log in.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks to make phone calls every day. It helps me power dial, parallel dial, and analyze calls quickly. I can call multiple people simultaneously and track contacts in one place, syncing with Outreach and Gong.

 ### 24. Ease of Use That Streamlines Prep and Improves Client Conversations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

What I appreciate most is the ease of use and its ability to help me consolidate both my research time and my execution time. It’s made me more effective and a lot less anxious. I used to overprepare for each call, only to get a non-pickup and feel like all that “prep” went to waste. Now I’m able to use my notes more intentionally, connect more often, and have better conversations with my clients.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I do wish I was able to copy paste numbers into a dialer for one off calls that still tracked in my CRM

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Again, it’s made me far more efficient. Not only in how I execute my job, but also in how much faster I can get it done. It’s freed up time that I can now divert into other areas of my work.

 ### 25. Boosts Outreach Efficiency, Powerful AI Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Imhotep N. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks for making calls in my SDR role, and it really helps to make my workflow quicker, especially at the start of my day. It's convenient because I can just refresh my list, add the filters I want, and start dialing. Hitting my outreach targets with around 120-150 calls is really simple. I also appreciate the battlecards feature for live rebuttal and the AI dispositioning. Whenever a keyword like 'not interested' is identified, Nooks provides my response on the screen, allowing me to respond immediately without hesitation. The AI dispositioning also automatically analyzes the call and provides call notes, making follow-ups much easier.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Sometimes at the start of my calls, the audio cuts in and out, and the prospect struggles to hear me. I'd say that happens about once every few weeks, so not a huge deal. Once I hit the 20-second mark of the call, the prospect can hear me fine. The other thing is the double dialing feature; when it connects you, it's delayed, so a lot of times the prospect will hang up before you can even get a word in.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks speeds up my workflow at the start of the day, allowing me to quickly filter and dial. It also helps me hit outreach targets easily and uses battlecards and AI dispositioning to assist with live calls and follow-ups.

 ### 26. Seamless Outbound Calling and Coaching with AI-Powered Efficiency

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tan G. | AE, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

What I like best about Nooks is how seamlessly it streamlines outbound calling and coaching in one platform. The parallel dialing and AI-powered assistance help teams connect with more prospects efficiently, while the live coaching and call analytics make it easy to improve performance in real time.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

What I dislike most about Nooks is that the parallel dialing can sometimes create awkward pauses when a prospect picks up, so calls don’t always feel completely natural.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What I like most about Nooks is that it solves a lot of the inefficiencies that come with outbound prospecting. Before using it, a huge amount of time was spent manually dialing, leaving voicemails, taking notes, and waiting between calls.

 ### 27. Supercharges Cold Calling with Speed and Flexibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephany C. | SDR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I really enjoy the flexibility and tools within the Nooks dialer compared to other platforms I've used before. It makes doing cold calls much faster. I love the feature where it lets you respond to an automated gatekeeper while parallel dialing. That's a big game changer that I haven't seen on other dialing tools.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

If I had to be nitpicky, more call sentiment options or being able to further segment connects like 'ok connect and follow up' or 'connect and remove from sequence' would be nice. Also, being able to auto-remove things from cadence could be improved, although this might be something our admin hasn't set up.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks makes dialing way faster and offers tools for live calls like battlecards and LinkedIn access. I enjoy its flexibility and unique features like responding to automated gatekeepers while parallel dialing.

 ### 28. It's a Dialer... but Bugs, Functionality Issues, and Poor CX Persist

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

Allows for parallel and power dialing and consolidates info into one screen for reps

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

We file tickets for bugs or functionality challenges daily sometimes. Integrations constantly seem to be buggy or not working. UI is incredibly confusing. Calls are constantly not getting logged. And the support team must be something like 7+ hours ahead of PST, so by the time we send a ticket, Support isn't available, and by the time we see responses, Support seems to be offline. It takes days to resolve issues.

There is also a strange unwillingness to upsell us on features we keep asking about. I'm literally evaluating other solutions and not considering Nooks features because our CSM declines our requests to learn more about their products.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I mean, it's a dialer?

 ### 29. Nooks: Designed by Top Reps — Best-in-Class Dialer & Enrichment Waterfall

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

Nooks feels like is designed by top reps, who have 'dialed in' every detail of daily activities and tasks a SDR and AE goes through, and built the most effective tool in the market. I love their dialer and the enrichment waterfall

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Waterfall scraping quality could be improved. I would like an easier time setting up one off calls to numbers I haven't submmited to my CRM or any of our systems

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cold calling efficiency. It saves me a ton of time. Specially the feature to skip bad numbers during a cold call block

 ### 30. Remote-Friendly Community with Real-Time Feedback for New Hires

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley C. | Sales Development Representative, ENT, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I love the community aspect of Nooks, especially being fully remote! As a new hire, it allows me to connect with my peers, listen in on calls in real time, and receive immediate feedback from my peers and managers.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

So far I have found nothing to dislike about Nooks!

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks allows me to do my job much more efficiently as an SDR. I can connect with my peers and managers in real-time and receive immediate feedback on the quality of my calls. The dialer is also very user friendly and provides so much information for each POC in real time when a connection is made. Truly could not imagine doing this job without Nooks!

 ### 31. Seamless Dialing, HubSpot Integration, Quick Reporting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan E. | Intern

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like using Nooks as my main outbound dialer because it improves my efficiency by having all my information right in front of me while dialing. I also appreciate the direct integration with HubSpot as my CRM, which makes it easy to have all the information I need when calling prospects. The setup of Nooks was very easy, which is a big plus for me.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Maybe just the amount of time that the reporting takes, but it's generally pretty quick.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks as my main outbound dialer because it speeds up dialing times by parallel/power dialing, as well as displaying all my information from HubSpot in front of me, enhancing efficiency and supporting better quality of life.

 ### 32. Easy-to-Navigate UI with Smooth Salesforce/Outreach Integrations and Great Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I love how the UI is easy to navigate through and also how it integrates well with Salesforce and Outreach. I also enjoy how easy it performs when I have a lot of tabs open. I also like the AI agent part and helpign with my calls and also the support so from Nooks employees has been great.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

So far nothing bad yet since I just started on it figuring it all out.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving how easy it is to call prospects and get connected with them more frequently.

 ### 33. Transformative Autodialer with Intuitive Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I really love the interface of Nooks. It's really easy to use and makes my job so much easier. The ability to dial, train, and listen in, and conference so easily within the dialer is so awesome. I've never talked to so many people using an autodialer before, and I love the conversation and pickup rates and the overall quality of the audio. Also, the initial setup was incredibly easy, which I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I dont have any dislikes

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find it solves the issue of low conversation rates and poor audio quality with autodialers. It enhances my ability to dial, train, and conference easily.

 ### 34. Simplifies Calling Workflows and Keeps Outreach Organized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Reet K. | Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

What I like best about Nooks is how it simplifies the calling workflow, reduces manual effort and keeps everything organized in one place making outreach faster and more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

At times it can lag during parallel dailing and the call time tracking in reports isn't always fully accurate so improving stability and reporting would make it even better.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks solves the problem pf manual, time consuming dialing and scattered workflows by automating outreach and bringing everything into one platform. This saves time, reduces effort and helps increase connect rates and overall productivity

 ### 35. Efficient Dialing with Minor Hiccups

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabrielle K. | Partnership Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like how Nooks can dial multiple numbers at the same time to help me get through tasks quicker. It allows me not to have to listen to the voicemails of everyone and go through them one by one because it can go through the people who don't answer faster, allowing me to get to those who do. Getting my own account was very easy and took, like, five minutes.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

With the call feature where I can call multiple people, sometimes there's a beep that blocks out the names of people when they first answer. So that's difficult at times.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for SDR calls because it may help me get through tasks quicker. I like how it can dial multiple numbers at the same time, skipping voicemails, so I reach more people faster.

 ### 36. Great Interface, Call Quality, and Feature-Rich Experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anadi S. | Associate - Growth Strategy, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

The interface, call quality, and overall features.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

It’s a fairly heavy app, so it requires a lot of storage. That said, it makes up for it by offering great features, so the extra space feels worth it overall.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem with dialing is how time-consuming it can be, and this tool really helps. It lets me dial five numbers in parallel and provides all the reports along with the transcript. Since I connected it to SF and LinkedIn, everything is in one place, which makes it much easier to manage. Overall, it’s a great dialer.

 ### 37. More activity, more connections, more meetings. Its that simple.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jack S. | Sales Development Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

The parallel dialer is easily my favorite. It is so easy to click dial and then just wait for go time. Its efficient and it keeps me in the game. Just being able to sit at my desk while the auto dialer gets me at bats is amazing.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I dislike that fact that it isn't integrated with salesforce. I would love to just pop open the lead in a separate window but instead I need to do that manually.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The connections are easily the biggest difference between the platform we were using and Nooks. Nooks has a smart dialing feature that allows me to dial anyone in the country using a smart number therefore I wont come across as spam. More connects means more conversations which means more meetings!

 ### 38. Automated Calling Enhances Prospect Interaction

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vikram V. | SDR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like that Nooks allows me to get in front of the prospects and have more conversations with them, and it requires minimal effort from my end. It's more automated compared to the earlier tool I was using, so now I don't have to do a lot of calling. Most of the stuff is automated, like navigating the dial tree and entering the right extension, so I just hit start calling, and it does all the things for me. This automation allows me to focus more on my strategic work and less on admin work, and I find that very beneficial.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Sometimes, it glitches. Sometimes when I have a list of prospects to call and I click a specific set of them, it just calls everybody, which I did not want. Something that could be fixed. And the other one is the AI bots. Sometimes it glitches, and I cannot hear what the bot is saying. Those were the two problems that I've been facing.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks automates my calling process, increasing connect rates and reducing my effort. It lets me have more conversations with prospects, and I can focus more on strategic work, as it takes care of dialing and extensions automatically.

 ### 39. Great & Efficient Dialer with Minimal bugs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabriel R. | AI Training Specialist - Coding , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I really like the parallel dialing feature, it's probably one of my favorites for sure. The smart presence feature is pretty cool as well. I also like the transcript feature a lot; honestly, I like all the features. The next numbers feature is really effective. The waterfall system does an excellent job in obtaining numbers for prospects. The transcript system is really good and accurate, allowing me to go back and review calls. The parallel dialing feature makes it nice to connect with prospects efficiently. The connection latency is pretty good as well; it connects calls quickly compared to other dialers. I don't have much experience with Implementation since I'm just a Sales rep, but seemingly the integration with Zoominfo for the waterfall feature was fairly simple and straightforward. Our Head of Sales didn't have much issue with setting up the configs for us, it connected seamlessly with Apollo and our CRM (Hubspot). Customer support was also very quick, we had a slack channel that we would raise issues on, and they would be resolved or looked into relatively quickly. Our team uses Nooks basically every day, it's our go to dialer and I'd say our team is pretty happy with it.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I will say bugs. There have been times where I disposition a call as no answer or negative response, and that call shows up back on my call tasks for some reason, like it doesn't actually log the disposition. That's kind of odd. Sometimes the dispositions also don't save properly in the 'Call history' section where you can review your calls and filter out for Meeting calls or Negative response calls, I will say this is rare but it has happened a couple of times.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks as my all-in-one dialer for making outbound calls to leads, solving the dialing problem pretty well.

 ### 40. Effortless to Use, Highly Recommended for Data Organization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rene P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I like how easy Nooks is to use and how successful I have been with it. It organizes my data efficiently for outreach, and the initial setup was easy. Outbound call tracking rotates my data so that I do not bother people who dont pick up. The auto dialer lets me get through my list efficiently so that I can reach a lot more people throughout my work day. The lead intelligence allows me view a full profile on prospects when I connect so that I have reference points to talk about. Virtual workspaces allows me to collaborate with my team and learn from calls they are on in real time.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I find the placement of leads after a 'No Pick Up' disposition could be better.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for organizing my data, which makes it easy to do outreach. I find it very easy to use and it has been quite successful for me.

 ### 41. Live Collaborative Dialing That Boosts Motivation and Real-Time Coaching

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

What I like best about Nooks is the live, collaborative dialing environment. It brings the energy of an in person sales floor to a remote team, which keeps motivation and activity high throughout the day.

The ability for managers to listen in, coach in real time, and review calls easily has also made a big impact. It shortens ramp time and helps reps improve faster without adding extra process.

Overall, it makes outbound feel more focused, more accountable, and a lot less isolating.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

At times the pace can feel intense, especially for newer reps who are not used to a high energy environment, but that tends to become a positive once they get comfortable.

Overall, any minor friction has been outweighed by the productivity and coaching benefits we have seen.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks is solving two big outbound challenges for us: getting accurate phone numbers and increasing call volume without burning time.

The number enrichment has helped us connect with the right prospects instead of chasing bad data, which directly improves connect rates. On top of that, the fast and parallel dialing makes it easy to move through tasks quickly, so reps spend more time in conversations and less time clicking between tools.

As a result, we are completing call blocks faster, having more live conversations, and generating pipeline more efficiently.

 ### 42. Streamlined Calling Workflow That Makes Outreach Faster and More Efficient

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gunpreet K. | consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

What I like best is how it streamlines the entire calling workflow, reduce manual effort and brings everything into one place, making outreach faster and more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

At times it can lag during parallel dialing and the reporting on actual dialing time isn't always fully accurate so improving stability and tracking would make it even better.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks solves the problem of manual, time consuming dialing and scattered workflows by automating outreach and keeping everything in one place. This helps save time, reduce effort and ultimately improves connect rates and overall productivity.

**Reviewed by:** Cassie J. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I use Nooks for cold calling and outreach, and it really streamlined my dials, tripling my output. I like that it made me feel like I was on a team, and it made cold calling interactive. The double dialing and AI insights are features that I value the most, and setting it up was so easy.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

The pause at the beginning of a call, there was a delay

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nooks for cold calling and outreach. It streamlined my dials and tripled my output.

 ### 44. Time-Saving Tool with Seamless Sales Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elise H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

I really like how Nooks saves me a lot of time when dialing prospects. It lets me record meeting notes from my calls and easily remove irrelevant contacts from my flows. These features help me focus on other important tasks, and the integration with Slack allows the whole sales team to get recognized when a meeting is booked. The initial setup of Nooks was easy, which was great.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

Sometimes not all of my prospects from Gong convert over to Nooks even if the numbers are callable.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nooks saves me a lot of time by automating dialing and call management, allowing me to focus on important tasks. It also helps me record meeting notes and manage my contact flows efficiently.

 ### 45. Built-In AI Assistant and Auto Dialer Make Calling Smarter

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

Built in AI assistent. Auto 5 dialer and its new built in capabilities are cool. I like how it can stratify calls by accounts and now choose out prospects whp are more likely to pick up. I also like the call transcripts.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

I dislike when the AI assistent hallucinates. You guys need Braintrust's services in that regard. Langsmith is a worse tool.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping me sequence and reach prospects in a super efficient, holisitic manner. I like the UI / UX and all the integrations too that it offers.

 ### 46. Spotify Integration Lightens Calls and Makes HubSpot CRM Easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Venture Capital & Private Equity | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Nooks?**

Spotify feature is great addition and lightens the mood on a bad call. also keeps you motivated to keep working. I like how it's also directly integrated into hubspot as well to make CRM easy.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

the only downside i can think of is there is no text, sms or messaging feature. That would make it easier to chack in on contacts and confirm meetings etc.

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

i can make double the amount of calls i previously could and the callback feature outside of work is nice

 ### 47. Seamless Sales Experience, Faster Connections

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mitchell G. | Sr. Digital Risk Specialist , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2026

I love how easy it is to navigate all the way through Nooks, which makes everything feel so seamless while prospecting without a lot of extra clicks. I also appreciate being able to connect our team and connect to more prospective clients. The dialer and virtual sales floor have significantly improved our pick-up rates. Additionally, the initial setup was pretty smooth, which was a pleasant surprise.

**What do you dislike about Nooks?**

The pause before someone picks up the phone and it makes it all weird when trying to talk to a prospective client

**What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?**
