What do you like best about Nooks?

I like how effective Nooks is, I find it very helpful having all the information from my last call with a client, the LinkedIn information, and I seem to contact with more clients than before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

I do find it frustrating that I cannot hear the client pick up and say hi or hello but that seems to be the only downside of Nooks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
