Salesforce automation provides a variety of tools that can help you automate your business related repetitive tasks or business processes, some of my favourite processes that could be automated by using such tools are as floolws, customer communications(sending emails, outbound SMS, recorded calls, updates), sales reps, lead management, fields updation, record management, generate analytical insights. **What do you dislike about sales force automation/smart scripts?** I have used a variety of tools and options for top layer automations, It definitely saves you time, but if not done correctly you could missout on lots of sections, not all automation tools provide eligent interface like sales force automation tools, which is very essential.
