What do you like best about Luigi's Box?

From a developer perspective, I feel like what I liked the most was the mostly smooth integration. The API documentation is clear and pretty well written, definitely better compared to some other search engines I had a chance to work with (Won't mention :D). When a few things weren’t fully obvious, the support team was helpful enough to get me through. Also appreciate that multilang is very easy to achieve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Luigi's Box?

Downsides? To be honest, nothing really strict comes to my mind. Luigis has a catalog browser for previewing results, but it feel a bit limited when it comes to deeper, rt validation of search behavior. We use Luigi’s Box for our Shoptet e-shop and immediately noticed better search relevance and product recommendations. The integration was easy and the support team is excellent – they helped us fine-tune the setup and guided us during the test period. What do you dislike about Luigi's Box?

What do you like best about Luigi's Box?

I really appreciate how intuitive and accurate the search function is. It handles typos and product variations with ease, which makes it much easier for customers to find what they want. The product recommendations are highly relevant and actually help to increase sales without feeling pushy. Thanks to Luigi's box, we can help customers find the product they are really looking for. A clear interface that is easy to use and contains many great features. Detailed statistics that allow us to continuously move the project towards perfection.

During the construction of our new e-shop, the technical team at Luigi's Box was always there to help us. They helped us decide on the best technical connection and efficient data transfers for better service on our new e-shop.

What do you like best about Luigi's Box?

After more than 3 years I can still say that it is the most useful search tool for customers.

Also great technical support to help with system setup or any problems. I can't imagine a quality e-shop without this service

What do you like best about Luigi's Box?

Great On-Site Search. The search feature is smart. It handles typos, synonyms, and even shows results when customers don’t type the exact product name.

Better Product Discovery. Luigi’s Box helps customers find what they’re looking for faster, which has improved our conversion rates.

Easy to Use. The admin interface is clean and simple. I can set things up without needing a developer for every change.

Fast Integration. We got it up and running pretty quickly with our eCommerce platform. Their support team helped a lot.

Good Analytics. It shows which searches work well and which don’t, so we can improve our catalog or fix missing products.

The tool doesn't require a lot of effort. At least our main goal was to handle typo issues, and get insights into what customers search on our page.
