We are during process of adding new shop on foreign market. Generally new shops is copying of this on polish market (it is changing only language and id shop - the same API). Luigi's box is extrememly helpful in helping customers find what they are looking for. Often our customers do not know exactly what an item they want is called within the industry and the search is very helpful in picking out what the customer actually wants compared to what they are asking for. Luigi's box was extremely easy to integrate, and customization was also very simple. Search results are very accurate and intuitive, and is great for our customers to easily find what they are looking for. As a performance specialist (online advertising) i really do like a fact that it's possible to see all searched phrases as much as exit rate, searches without clicks etc. I'm able to consider using those information while either optimizing campaigns or creating new.
