Luigi's box is extrememly helpful in helping customers find what they are looking for. Often our customers do not know exactly what an item they want is called within the industry and the search is very helpful in picking out what the customer actually wants compared to what they are asking for. What problems is Luigi's Box solving and how is that benefiting you? One of the main problems Luigi's box is solving is that our previous search facility was extremely specific and often not turning up any results when customers searched for things that were not the exact title of any item we sell. With the new search facility customers are finding it much easier to look for what they need and other similar items that may be of interest to them, this benefits us as the customers are much more likely to purchase if they can easily find what theyre looking for. The ability to analyse searches etc is also very beneficial as we can see what our customers are looking for whether they have purchased from us or not it allows us to see what is of interest to people and to find things we should add to our range that we have not yet got for sale. Luigi's box was extremely easy to integrate, and customization was also very simple. Search results are very accurate and intuitive, and is great for our customers to easily find what they are looking for. The fact that the search picks up synonyms and mis-spellings is particularly good for our users. The boost function is a brilliant tool for getting the products we want in front of customers. Luigi's box solves a few of our problems, such as picking up synonyms and customer's mis-spellings to ensure that the search still works and displays relevant content to them. The intuitive search becoming more accurate as you type is time saving and helpful particularly for our end users. This means that customers who don't have lots of time to be searching websites through lots of products are encouraged to place an order and not put off by time consuming searching. It also means that for customers who may have time but are searching for specific product groups are easily and quickly guided to the relevant options for them, improving our website useability and showing us as a modern, user friendly ecommerce site. For us as a business, it also provides within the analytics section, trending searches and non converting searches allowing us to boost popular products and look at new product development. What problems is Luigi's Box solving and how is that benefiting you? We have used a few seach providers over the years and the search was always slow or did not return the most relevant results. We even tried building our own search module but this was very time consuming and never worked quite how we wanted. The out of the box features in luigi solved all our issues straight away. The search results are perfect and also quick and the cost is low.
