Athos also does not provide ANY end-of-term Athos coding or Athos script removal from your sites, so you are on your own for that. After being their customers for 10 years, we are very unhappy with their service and with how the relationship has ended. DooFinder is a great alternative and is much less expensive than Athos. Do your homework before signing with Athos and read their agreement over in great detail. **What problems is Athos Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?** All Athos has provided is alot of nice words, but no action. To reiterate, do your due diligence before signing with them. Customer support informed us well in advance if they were going to be under maintenance. Monitoring the Klevu app daily, helps us rank the products to display first on PLP based on the analytics measured by Klevu. The site search is huge for us. Klevu automatically recognizes typos, synonyms and beyond product data Klevu also uses our sales and product click data to order relavent results. This took us light years ahead of our previous site search which only returned exact search matches and in no particular order. The tool is easy to use and there are lots of options for customizing, optimizing and merchandising results. **What do you dislike about Athos Commerce?** The support team is very helpful, but we fall into a tier that doesn't qualify for account management even though we are using two of their products.
