**What do you like best about Phoenix?**

Just as a data analyst, I must say that Phoenix is helpful to automate data analysis and provide reports within short time frame. It appears to excel most in when used to process large volumes of data and to recognize some form of structure within the data.

**What do you dislike about Phoenix?**

Phoenix does not have capabilities for extended data analysis for example in data visualization. I have the problem with going beyond the basic information with the data to provide more detailed and profound conclusions.

**What problems is Phoenix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Phoenix is enabling me to concentrate on making meaning of the outcomes and coming up with relevant recommendation. This is particularly important for our organization since it has the capacity to work with large sets of data.

Scalable solution which is suitable for diverse industries 
Better Communication and capability of collaboration and implement 
Robust CAD capabilities to integrate with the other PLM comprehensive solutions
Easy to integrate with othe softwares
Easy to use with nice UI
Very supportive Customer service team

**What do you dislike about Phoenix?**

Initial setup requires the expert however the Customer Support staff helped really well.

**What problems is Phoenix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Product designing and development was a challenge
