A wide palette of features lets you not just optimize the feed but also create queries based on availability, delivery time, price and many other criteria. With tons of how-to's on Mergado website and their regular online workshops, you gonna learn the ecosystem pretty quickly and even if you struggle, there's very good online support. I especially like the apps in the Mergado Store, which extend your possibilities to PPC advertising, image marketing, smart monitoring and many more. **What do you dislike about Mergado?** There's nothing particular that bothers me. Maybe when you are just starting with Mergado it may be tricky to understand some principles of the ecosystem but as I mentioned before, the help center, workshops and online support are very helpful. **What problems is Mergado solving and how is that benefiting you?** Most of the time I am dealing with the optimization of feeds for different advertising systems and fixing the issues in them. Using the app Feed Image Editor from Mergado Store I am also optimizing product images and generating creatives for Facebook and Instagram. ### 2. Great tool for data feed management. But after the first training it is quite easy. Fortunately, they offer free Mergado basic training that helped me a lot. If you have technical problem their support is always willing to help. **What do you dislike about Mergado?** Sometimes you have to spend time on your work. For example when you have to correct the errors in your feed because your data was of bad quality. You can change your import or export feeds in any way possible. Import one XML feed and export any exports as you want in any format as you need. Editing export is really simple, there is almost no need to have a coder next to you. Make your custom rules, add custom tags and so on. We use it for many clients and our feeds have really improved. **What do you dislike about Mergado?** Some of the applications within Mergado App can be kind of expensive. They have lots of articles on how to do something in app. Also, they have helpful online training. You can hide products, work with elements, item ID... **What do you dislike about Mergado?** As any online tool, sometimes they have outages. But usually is quickly fixed. **What problems is Mergado solving and how is that benefiting you?** I need to manage my data for competitions sides or PPC and I don't have the resources to do it on side of the e-shop. With the IT guy, it's more expensive and it's taking more time. Also, I can manage everything from one administration. ### 11.
