**What do you like best about FACT ERP Software?**

The dual window syncing function was the best part.  But for essential inventory control and accounting, it worked great.

**What do you dislike about FACT ERP Software?**

Program issues or error codes were generally hard to fix because they were DOS-based.  The other downside was daily updates.  You couldn't get up-to-date, real-time information without running an update.  Also, the CRM and connectivity for e-commerce aren't there.

**What problems is FACT ERP Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

because we switched, it wasn't really benefiting us for how our company was growing.
