What do you like best about Kinetic?

What I like most about Kinetic is having everything in one place, from inventory and order management to customer information. It makes it easier to keep track of orders and stock levels without constantly switching between different systems. What do you dislike about Kinetic?

The interface isn't always the most intuitive, and some simple tasks seem to require more steps than necessary. There's definitely a learning curve, especially when you're getting familiar with the different modules.
