What do you like best about NetSuite?

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

There are some loopholes, the process can be even more smooth with adding some missing features. the setups for terms are vague. reports don’t work the way they should and they are not very easy to customize so we need to relay on saved searches. More options for approval workflows need needs to be there and they should be user friendly which can customize according to best practices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?

After moving from Sage300, I’ve found NetSuite very easy to use thanks to its better UI and the fact that it’s more forgiving when mistakes happen. There’s also an easy audit trail for auditors, which makes reviews and follow-ups more straightforward. Reports can be downloaded in Excel, and it’s easy to upload supporting documents.
