What do you like best about SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud)?

What I like most about SAP S/4HANA Cloud is how it can connect different functions across the offshore wind service business, from supply chain and spare parts management to maintenance planning, service execution, and cost tracking. In a global organization like GE Vernova, having reliable, real-time data and standardized processes is essential to improving operational efficiency, coordinating across teams, and ultimately ensuring the reliability and availability of offshore wind turbines. What do you dislike about SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA Cloud)?

Sometimes it takes time to charge it maybe due to our poor connection in some sites where we need to give support to GE Vernova customers so this might be independent from the software but it can become a bottleneck Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In offshore wind services at GE Vernova, SAP S/4HANA Cloud helps improve visibility and coordination across service operations, particularly when managing spare parts, service activities, costs, and information across different teams. Having data in a more centralized and consistent system makes it easier to track information, reduce manual follow-ups, and make informed decisions. For me, this supports more efficient troubleshooting, better coordination between engineering, supply chain, and field teams, and ultimately helps improve turbine reliability and service delivery.
