What I like most about Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is that it is easy to access from different devices and has a clean, intuitive interface. I don’t have any major complaints so far. One small improvement would be having a built-in AI assistant or guide specifically for Business Central that could answer questions and provide guidance based on the company’s setup, processes, and specific uses of the system.
