I really appreciate the seamless integration that Intuit Enterprise Suite offers with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central, because it reduces manual data entry and creates real efficiencies for us. I also like that the suite can integrate with any third-party APIs we need.
The landed cost tracking feature is especially helpful, since it lets us calculate not only the product cost, but also freight, duties, and other related costs. Overall, the platform is easy to navigate and brings the essential modules together in one place, including AP, AR, the cash book, landed cost tracking, and inventory management.
It’s straightforward to learn and use online, and the ability to support multiple users fits our mostly online business operations well. The automation of payments directly into our bank account is very useful, particularly for a small organization with limited staff. Bank reconciliations are also quite easy, which further improves our efficiency. Daily use is very easy and effectively allows better time management due to ease of use with all modules of the package. The system works very well with barcode scanning of inventory items and allows for tracking of items in multiple warehouses including 3PL. Transferring of inventory between warehouses is very efficient and can be easily mananged through the container tracking availability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main issue with Intuit Enterprise Suite is the expensive licensing cost when you have multiple users. We pay around $8,000 annually for 6 or 7 users, which feels very high. There are no price breaks based on the number of users, so whether you have one or eight users, the fee per user remains the same. This can be quite concerning as it makes the suite cost-prohibitive for smaller businesses, especially as pricing tends to increase annually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
