What do you like best about Rillet?

From signature to first monthly close was less than 6 weeks. The implementation was actually enjoyable, with no months of data file reconciliations, CSV uploads, edits, and starting over. Rillet has also simplified the experience with an intuitive UI, where each element is clearly laid out rather than hidden behind multiple connected database tables. The out-of-the-box reporting is fantastic, and building custom reports is easy. The integrations are great too. As a non-technical person, I was able to build almost all of our connections without significant support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rillet?

Rillet is a newer system and works differently from the legacy ERPs you may be used to, so there’s a slight learning curve. The UI, and how intuitive the product is, make that adjustment much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rillet solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rillet solves the problem of needing a database administrator to run complex custom queries and scripts just to keep your ERP running. In our short time as a customer, we’ve raised potential roadblocks with our CS team, who bring them back to their development team, and within weeks we’ve seen a new feature roll out that addresses our need.
