At Sphere, we operate across multiple currencies, and finding an ERP that handles that natively (without a stack of manual workarounds) was a big part of why we landed on Rillet. Multi-entity and multi-currency handled natively, with no manual workarounds – that alone put Rillet ahead of everything else we looked at. The flux analysis module surfaces and explains what moved month over month in seconds, work that used to eat hours. But ultimately Aura is the standout: the AI capabilities were the best we saw in the market, and tasks that used to take days now get done in minutes.

The multi-entity consolidation has been a big one for us — we have entities in the US and India and it just works, without a lot of manual work holding it together. I also didn't expect the close process to change as much as it did, but we've gotten to a place where we're closing continuously, which has been huge for the team. The people at Rillet have also made a real difference. Implementation was smoother than I expected, and the support hasn't dropped off since — they're responsive and actually follow through.

The AI being native to the platform is what actually makes a difference day to day. We set up a weekly Aura workflow to handle our aging analyses and send past-due AR emails. That used to be a full morning of work and now it just runs. Identifying month-over-month GL changes used to take half a day just to figure out what moved. Now Aura surfaces it immediately and my time goes toward actually resolving things. We also use the MCP connection for contract amendments, which has sped that process up a lot. And the implementation was the smoothest I've been through — we were live in four weeks, which I wouldn't have said about any ERP I've rolled out before.
