What do you like best about Rillet?

The multi-entity and multi-currency consolidation is what sold me. I can run reports at the subsidiary level, consolidated, or by subsidiary in foreign currency without building anything offline in Excel, and intercompany entries process like any other transaction. That was the part of the evaluation I was most worried about. I'm sending investors PDFs now instead of spreadsheets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rillet?

When we signed it was a newer product, so there were things I wanted that weren't there. But ask and you shall receive, because the Rillet team moves fast. The financial statement flux analysis is a good example. It's now one of my favorite features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rillet solving and how is that benefiting you?

On our old systems, half our work lived outside the system. Prepaids in a spreadsheet, fixed assets in Excel, recons rebuilt every month. Our rev rec also wasn't going to hold up under an upcoming audit, and there was no path to multi-entity as we expanded internationally. Now close is five days instead of two weeks, and with just a team of two. Budget-to-actuals reaches the business in week two instead of week three, so departments can adjust before quarter-end instead of scrambling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
