What do you like best about Acumatica?

I like having inventory, purchasing, and service all connected in one place. It makes it much easier to see what’s going on without having to chase down details across different systems. I also appreciate that I can customize it to fit how our team actually works, so it aligns better with our day-to-day process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Acumatica?

Some things in Acumatica take more steps than they really should, and troubleshooting errors can be frustrating when the messages aren’t clear. We’ve also run into situations where something works in the browser but not in the mobile app, which makes the experience feel inconsistent. I’d like to see a more consistent experience overall, along with clearer guidance on what went wrong and how to fix it when issues come up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?

Acumatica helps us keep our inventory, purchasing, and service information in one place, so we spend less time chasing updates or comparing records across systems. It gives our team a clearer view of what’s in stock, what’s on order, and what still needs attention. We also hear you on the extra steps and unclear error messages, and the inconsistency between browser and mobile is a fair point too.
