What do you like best about Acumatica?

I like the visibility and centralization Acumatica provides. Having sales, purchasing, inventory, shipments, financials, and operational data in one system gives us much better visibility across departments and makes it easier to identify issues and improve processes. What do you dislike about Acumatica?

The biggest challenge is that Acumatica can be complex and sometimes requires too many steps to accomplish what should be a simple task. It also takes time to learn where information lives and how different modules and settings interact. More intuitive workflows, easier configuration, and clearer error messages would make it much easier for end users to adopt and use efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?

Acumatica is helping us centralize information and processes that were previously spread across multiple systems. It gives us better visibility into inventory, purchasing, sales, shipments, and financials, while creating more consistent processes across departments.
