Not easily being able to transfer/copy all information to a new employee number, creates work arounds **What problems is AFAS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Personnel management is excellent, keeps me engaged and I don't have to ask HR easy questions and can do a lot of personal data enrichment myself (like new address, new phonenumber etc.) ### 2. The system is user-friendly and can be maintained after implementation **What do you dislike about AFAS?** Because certain parts are connected, this can cause blockages in your workflow, in my opinion this would deserve a better solution. Workflow management improvement. **What problems is AFAS solving and how is that benefiting you?** AFAS solves the problem of New hires up to contract signing and also the payment of wages. At the moment it is a flowing chain and it was not in the past. With this solution we have been able to save time and money. ### 4. There are many things you can add yourself and customize it in a way it fits your organisation **What do you dislike about AFAS?** The setup of insite sometimes is difficult and it is a dutch system, working o a more global approach is preferable. Though you can setup many workflows that are also good to use internationally there are some obliged Dutch items that are making it more difficult and the translation to English is not yet perfect **Recommendations to others considering AFAS:** Great system that gives you control over your full HR and Payroll admin and in which managers and employees can manage many things themselves **What problems is AFAS solving and how is that benefiting you?** all our companies (in NL and abroad) can work with the system with each their own requirements and workflows while the basics are still the same for everybody.
