What do you like best about CatalystOne?

It is easy to administrate. It is flexible. It is improved with every release. Meets all our HRM needs. Support is amazing. I appreciate them inviting me to Teams talks to solve issues and not just sending mails back and forward. This gives a closer relationship and we solve the issues more rapidly. What do you dislike about CatalystOne?

There is nothing I do not like, but I have some good advice: It is an out-of-the-box system. You need a skilled HR professional with the skillset to administrate and own it. As with any new software or product implementation, dedicating resources to the implementation and continuous follow-up and approvement is needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering CatalystOne:

Buy all the modules. Implement them one by one. Take your time. Get to learn the system and try to make use of the opportunities to best support your organization.
