It takes care of my daily HR routine task. I really can't know re-think any better HR admin software better than CatalystOne. **What do you dislike about CatalystOne?** Although It is an all-rounder product for HR management, there are some consoles that are confusing. I would love better and customizable leave management that integrates the top-level solution. Even the cost is outrageous. **What problems is CatalystOne solving and how is that benefiting you?** All my co-workers have been using Catalyst One. It is not perfect but it checks most of the boxes that are required for an efficient LMS and Payroll management for my organization. ### 6. It is flexible. It is improved with every release. Meets all our HRM needs. Support is amazing. I appreciate them inviting me to Teams talks to solve issues and not just sending mails back and forward. This gives a closer relationship and we solve the issues more rapidly. **What do you dislike about CatalystOne?** There is nothing I do not like, but I have some good advice: It is an out-of-the-box system. You need a skilled HR professional with the skillset to administrate and own it. As with any new software or product implementation, dedicating resources to the implementation and continuous follow-up and approvement is needed. **Recommendations to others considering CatalystOne:** Buy all the modules. Implement them one by one. Take your time. Get to learn the system and try to make use of the opportunities to best support your organization. Dedicate resources qualified to do the task. C1 will make sure the implementation is successful. **What problems is CatalystOne solving and how is that benefiting you?** All life cycle management tasks from onboarding and onwards.
