  ### 1. Easy to administer and easy for employees to respond

**What do you like best about Eletive?**

The best thing about Eletive is that it is easy for the employee to answer the survey, all they need is their employment number and then they are in. It is also easy to change the questions and customize them so they fit our company.

**What do you dislike about Eletive?**

What is less good is that it is difficult to get a coherent history. In our company, employees are often moved, which makes it difficult to have coherent results. It could also be that I've missed a step and that it's easy to transfer results but I haven't really got the hang of it.

**What problems is Eletive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right now none, but we hope that we can get a better picture with the passage of time of how our employees experience what it is like to work with us. And what we must get better at in order to become an attractive and valued employer for our employees.

**What do you like best about Eletive?**

Improve connectivity and engagement between company and employees to find a balance point that satisfied two party is what I think the best about Eletive. Other than that, simple interface helped user to find communication tools faster and connect with co-worker easier. Ease of implementation that require no software setup and can access it conveniently from web-browser.

Eletive is helpful to analyze employees satisfaction with company. For that, I have no dislike.

Collect and analyze employees performance in a graphical dashboard format that is easy to view and understand. Set goal-setting for employee to archieve in set of time and make performance report based on the data for improvement.

Eletive provide a space for company to held survey and employees can easily answer the survey from any devices without requirement to install it first. Customizing and edit survey question to fit survey objective is easy so we can get an accurate answer.

Most of the pre-build template question isn't fit with our company objective and some of the question is repetitive that make the survey taking too long to complete.

Employees segmenting feature to differentiate survey question for different employees segement, it is to get best accurate answer. Peer recognition gamification make the engagement fun and they can give each other badge based on peer performance.

We handle our company's reviews and feedback. One of the standout features of Elevite is its ability to aggregate and present data in a clear and actionable manner. The real-time dashboards and comprehensive reports have been instrumental in helping us make informed decisions quickly. We especially appreciate the sentiment analysis feature, which helps us understand the underlying mood of our workforce beyond the numeric ratings.

**What do you like best about Eletive?**

I loves Eletive simple user interface that is modern and simple to find communciation tools that I want to use to connect with my colleagues. It help communication between peers, co-workers on other department and superior. Implementation is simple, need no software installation and can work from anywhere since it is a web-based application.

**What do you dislike about Eletive?**

No option to edit survey response after submitting the form. The only option is to sending a new survey response, which will result a duplicate entry.

it's user friendly 
shows aggregated data but you may go into details as well
I like it shows the trend of the answers and a benchmark so that we can compare the results (offers multiple benchmarks now)
we can have anonymous discussion around the comments if we want to doublecheck something
whistleblowing option available

**What do you dislike about Eletive?**

Some comments - i.e. about health should be rephrased so that we know whether eating habits are affected by the company or employee choice. 
More flexibility about open comments - whether it is the first or the last question

We are working on retention, so it is helping out to get feedback and implement changes in the organization to improve employees' experience in the company.  Also, improving company culture
We have open feedback culture but still there are some people who are not that open to give feedback - anonymity gives them oportunity to share more openly

It's an easy to use system with people working there that have knowledge about their system and can explain it in a clear and understanding way. Implementation of the system was rather easy and didn't take long and the employees can navigate through it easily.

For some users, the data and analytics might feel overwhelming, especially for smaller organizations without dedicated HR analysts.

For some time we want to use Eletive for the 360 degree feedback from colleagues. It is a pity that this is still not avialable

We can find out what bothers our employees and give them feedback without knowing who they are. We can adjust our policies and prioritize them due to the input of our employees.

Eletive yielded insightful results on both an individual as well as a company level. The easy filtering, report generation, and the heatmap all were very interesting. Camilla was also incredible helpful and friendly and she made the process so easy!

So far I have no complaints to share in regards to Eletive.

Simplified employees engagement operation that support all our need to boost communication between peers and manager. No setup needed for implementation as all the platform is web-based application that can be connected from any devices.

Some of the report analytics is confusing to be read. Better if we can customized the report with data field that we need.

What's helpful is that we can see how our results differ over time and what can be improved. That we can segment the answers into teams, departments, gender etc is also helpful.

**What do you dislike about Eletive?**

Like I mentioned above, it is sometimes hard to separate the different surveys that we have, considering they both show up in the Trend chart on our organisations page.

It helps us by confirming what areas we are doing well in and what areas we need to improve. To get our eNPS on black and white is also helpful.

The support from Sandra Kristensen-Seethaler was really outstanding. She guided us from the beginning to the end and was always there for us. With her knowledge, she always knew how to advise us well. I am really super satisfied with her.

**What do you dislike about Eletive?**

More opportunities to give “non-managers” access to results by department within a country, for example. Currently, there are options for that, but it requires a lot of manual action, which is error-prone and more difficult to maintain.

You see the whole scale of the employee's habits of working including the opinions which are anonym.

The questions are the same (naturally, because the purpose is to check employee's changes during the periods). It could be better if the same issue would be in a little bit different way asked another time.

**What do you like best about Eletive?**

Eletive has transformed how we prioritize wellbeing and transparency within our organization. Its user-friendly interface and interactive design make temperature measuring effortless, while its insightful analytics provide a comprehensive overview of our organization's health. Besides being a very user-friendly tool I really must say that Eletive's people is amazing. From the first contact with our Sales responsibile Jens and then with our Customer Success Manager Sarah who has made the implementation super smooth. They are always very fast to get back whenever we have questions.

**What do you dislike about Eletive?**

Actually it's difficult to name something. We wanted to break out the ENPS question and to have it sent at the same time to all employees which was not possible at first but then Eletive listened to this feedback and fixed it. We are very happy with Eletive.

Eletive solves the challenges of efficient wellbeing monitoring and transparency within our organization. It enables real-time insights into our wellbeing status, streamlining data collection and providing clear overviews. **What do you like best about Eletive?**

Eletive is packed with functional tools, both from an analytics and manager perspective. It is easy to use and very straightforward. Our Customer success manager and their support team have been so helpful and available both during implementation and for any type of questions. The integration towards our HRM worked great and functions very seamlessly. All of this encourages us to use Eletive in our everyday work towards team and organizational development.

**What do you dislike about Eletive?**

Since it's a very powerful tool with a lot of features, there is a lot to learn in the beginning. Due to the patience and support of the Eletive team, we caught up to speed very quickly and now we can navigate the system and its settings independently.

**What problems is Eletive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously we were able to send out employee engagement surveys and see the data. All of the work that comes after, such as analysing the result, working with it, reaching out to employees, creating action plans and having systematic follow-ups. We did that work outside of our system and without system support & features.
With Eletive, we now have a system that enables us to do all of this work in the system and loads more features that help us do it with brilliance. It saves us so much time and we can now put that time into more practical work towards team development.

The user-friendliness is great both for me as an administrator and for those who respond to the surveys. It is intuitive and the interface is sleek, which is always a plus. Using and working with the data is smooth and provides many insights as you can look at different segments. Our contact person Samuel is also very helpful.

Eletive has been a reliable partner in the whole process focusing on our needs and challenges. They have been supportive and eager to solve issues fast and always return with information in different cases.

**What do you dislike about Eletive?**

I think some of the features Eletive talked about before we signed the agreement we got the impression that they were included in our standard package butafter we realized they were not. For example the AI analyze of comments in the survey.

They help us increase the employee engagement and follow up regularly on our scores. We also improves the leadership by our managers by using the tool.

I really think the touch and feel is intuitive and suits us as a company very well. It is clear that our employees also think it is eay to use which very important in order to keep a high participation rate

**What do you dislike about Eletive?**

I feel that Eletive is on a journey and can feel a bit "immature" as a product sometimes - The fundamental pieces are there but they have some details in terms of settings and flexibility to work on still to get to the top tier engagement platforms.

Our employee surveys work smoothly and it is possible to adjust them slightly so the questions suit us. A very good tool where we can clearly see in the results what we need to continue working on.

A bit of a messy website. Missing contact information for phone support.

Eletive gives really easy way to make a survey for your employees. Customer support while starting the first eletive questionnaire was awesome.

**What do you dislike about Eletive?**

Some of the questions that have "no" in the question which turns the question upside down, might lead to wrong answers if reader reads them too quickly.
Thus those should be said in other words.
At some points there should be "you need to leave a comment" if people gives low ratings, so it would help tracking problems in organization. At least in a way that it defines problem better.

Easy to use as admin and  Camilla Touminen was very patient as we learned the tool.

**What do you dislike about Eletive?**

It was tedious screening comments for anonymity.

We were acquired 2 years ago and this is giving us insight into how employees feel about it so far, and will then hopefully give us enough feedback to make moving forward more in tune with employee expectations.

What I like about Eletive is the customer centricity in everything they do. They listen and understand your perspective and always provide you with a solution! Any challenge has a solution with Eletive.

I think the only improvement feedback is about keeping customers informed about minor changes that can affect own settings too and impact some features.

Eletive made engagement surveys landscape very easy to navigate. We have surveys running 2 times per year which are very well perceived by employees. 
Managers are happy about the way they can navigate through results and comments so that they can plan concrete actions for improvement.

That it is clear, provides an opportunity for managers and employees to see their own results at the individual/group level and to track results over time.

**What do you dislike about Eletive?**

Greater flexibility in the execution of questions, e.g., being able to choose a yes or no question related to whether employees have experienced bullying and harassment. Either they have experienced it or not. A scale of 1-5 becomes difficult to analyze. 
Better translations into our languages, e.g., Latvian, Estonian, Thai. Employees themselves with these languages as their mother tongue do not think the translations are good enough.

Participation and transparency in the results. Managers take greater responsibility to process their results

**What do you like best about Eletive?**

Eletive takes away the guess work. You can really drill down on the results which will give you a great insite across the business without adopting a blanket approach to all, giving you the opportunity to target the help, support and training needed to the right area. 
The individual profiles promote self leadership which in turn gives them confidence to speak out and help build the future culture of the business.
We use the monthly surveys which helps us build a picture over time rather than a snapshot result. The platform is easy to navigate and the implementation of the system was easy and trouble free. 
Prior and following implementation of the system the customer service we received was outstanding. There is always someone on hand to answer questions I may have.

**What do you dislike about Eletive?**

I can't really see a downside. With a tool as valuable and insiteful as Eletive, it can only serve for the good of the business.

with a traditional pulse survey, we have to guess what our potential issues are across the business and then send a survey related to this. Eletive asks a series of question where the AI will then work out what the issues are and what areas of the business are affected.

We have been using Eletive for a year now. It was easy to implement, and it's very user-friendly for the administrators .
Thanks to the great customer support during the implementation, it has been well-received by our international staff.

The clear reports, the features are great for our needs.

**What do you dislike about Eletive?**

The downside would be that the questions are sometimes found to be too generic for our work context.
It's not easy to change the questionnaire once you have started.

Employee satisfaction, measuring the engagement, analyzing and pin-pointing what to improve.

Eletive is developed with the individual in center which I like, it's a different angle than most other systems. Suitable for organisations that works a lot with self leadership and similar. Also easy to use as employee. Easy to start use even for those who are unused to these type of tools.

The understanding for how comapnies work with material like this and how material needs to be presented. Analysis larger than pre-set settings demands a lot from the one using it. An understanding of that people aren't in the system all the time (example: board presentations, management presentations/material and that companies need their material to have their brand).

I got a great impression of Eletive as a company and product right from the start. The tool is user friendly and based on extensive research. It was easy to just get started with, and we got a lot of professional support along the way.

The filtering can be a little bit tricky to get used to, and it was a challenge to prepare all our data with departments etc before launch. We throught it would be easier to integrate with your HRIS, but it turned out we had to update the data manually.

Eletive unloads HR all the work of massive yearly employee surveys. It engages employees and managers and lets them take ownership of their own situation and development. It can help us show where we do well and where we need improvements.

Analytics and actions in focus! It's easy to drill down and do your analysis as HR. You can take different perspectives to better understand the challenges. And also the action focus. Great tips for actions on both individual and team level.

Only one thing actually. Not being able to define puls frequency and volume of questions yourself. I'd like to have fewer questions every 2nd month and that's not possible.
