**What do you like best about Eletive?**

All the different insights that we can get out of it. All the functions like listening AI, the anonomous chats and suggested actions for example.

**What do you dislike about Eletive?**

To not being able to track comments to which department / manager from the admin side (directly from the conversations function).

**What problems is Eletive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is beneficial for us as we can track employee engagement on different levels, such as by department or manager. It gives as an easy overview of how the organization is doing. 
It is easier for managers to track their own data and to take action in their own teams. It makes it easier for as as HR, as we do not have to gather and the share the data with the managers, it is already available for them.

Can be difficult to apply to consultants as they are with clients and cannot always respond to the usual survey questions concerning the workplace.

Some question may be hardly to understanding in Thai. We did'nt like the wording eg. I wasn't  balmed or bullied in work environment, sometime they think lower is better.

The tool is interactive for employees and managers. Provides a great amount ov valuable data. Great UX for all levels of users. Employees, managers, HR-admin, Leadershipteam and board. 

Also, all staff that we have had contact with at Eletive are so professional, helpful and nice.

There is nothing I dislike with the tool.

Very adaptive to our business needs. Easy to digest all reports. Possible to draft own surveys. Ability to adapt answers and questions.

**What do you like best about Eletive?**

Administration from the employer's point of view is relatively easy. Also using the system as an employee is natural and easy. Works well in mobile, which is a requirement nowadays. 

Continuous pulse surveys were the first feature taken to use in our organisation. They run effortlessly and provide useful information about our employees' wellbeing and state of mind. Integrations with other systems are available. We use simple integration with Teams and it works well. 

Several other features are available and they are great too. Whistleblower channel is an extra plus!

**What do you dislike about Eletive?**

Nothing really. The difficulty of getting employees to respond to surveys is a general dilemma, which has nothing to do with the platform. Eletive makes it easy for people to be active.

First and foremost, Eletive helps us understand the state of our employees' wellbeing and engagement, and pinpoint possible problem areas. Well engaged staff contributes to better business performance.

Our succes manager! We are SO happy to have this person, just an email or phonecall away to answer ALL our questions. 

But apart from that:
- the system is comprehensive
- it's easy to both get started with and then use
- the company is an active listener and takes our feedback seriously.

**What do you dislike about Eletive?**

That there is no external whistle blower function. Would be great to have that integrated.

That low scores without comments are hard to work with due to anonymity.

We as an organization are spread across all of Sweden. With Eletive, we can efficiently gauge the pulse of the entire organization in a very short time. We receive tools to work with each group and, if possible, even on an individual level.

**What do you dislike about Eletive?**

For my part and ours, it felt a bit overwhelming the first few times. But it is important to give and take the time to work with the tool. Yes, and to make use of the contact person you get. What great help and understanding we have had from Freja, thank you for your patience.

Provided that our employees are honest and open with their answers, we as employers can catch questions/tendencies early on which we can work with. It is also desirable to receive tips so we can work proactively with important issues.

The empowerment of employees  trough self leadership: Everyone has access to the tool to analyze their own results and track developments over time.

So far, there is not much to dislike. One thing: The translation of some of the questions and advice is not very good in German and we had to make quite a few adjustments there.

We can have a dialogue where we discuss development each time we have finished a survey. we use it aas a tool to start the dialogue. Furhter more we can compare our selfes to other companies in the swedish region.

when  a group is to small you can't use the change from survey to survey. sometime I could miss som qualitative answers, but understand why it isn't part of the survey.

It is structred into key areas to focus on employee wellbeing
It provides a safe environment for the employee to answer constructively and conscisely
The tool provides a trended analysis over time
It breaks up the metrics over time to gather an holistic understanding of the employee's state of mind

**What do you dislike about Eletive?**

Some of the metric are out of control of the employer (eating healthy) - however it does provide context around self care or self neglect.
Sometimes the questions are too generic (e.g. business vs. business unit). Strategically the business could have a clear vision that resonates but the need for an effective strategy at an business unit level is missing - this is not addressed by the questions in the survey

It provides a good overview of the employee wellbeing and engagement over time
It highlights red flags as they are happening (areas where a manager should step in to understand further)

It really helps us to develop as a company, since it's a great conversation starter in the check-ins we have at our company. Issues can easily be addressed in larger groups, which makes it easier for individuals to raise questions in the surveys and then dilect together with the team.

**What do you dislike about Eletive?**

For our company it's been a challenge to work with the team sectioning, since we have teams consisting of one or two people. That results in their answers not being as anonymous as one would wish for.

We are two companies merging and Eletive has been really helpful in combining the cultures, while still being able to measure employee satisfaction and well-being.

**What do you like best about Eletive?**

It gives a really good overview where we are in process to have an organisation striving into same direction in an effective way and see how well we manage to keep motivation and let everybody contirbute what they can. Are we forgetting some individuals? are we forgetting groups? what do they think need to be improved? Do we have weaknesses in leadership? All  things are covered and we can compare not only between our own sites but also compare and bench-mark against all other organisations using the same tool with same questions.

**What do you dislike about Eletive?**

I would like to go further into the relationship with my manager and the leadership in our organization. In my case and my relation to manager/managers there is plenty of room for improvements but it seem the message doesn´t reach through as it hides in a group result all the time we have used eletive. 
 
Could feedback be better delivered to whom it concern? Avoid the risk that the individual think it concern someone else in the group? Let next level manager be helped in finding out the weaknesses not only in general but also more specific.

Make evaluations in same way in different locations.
Making it easier to compare results
Hopefully it sharpens our ability to judge ourselves and find fields for improvements.

Eletive provides us with a large amount of data and analysis material presented in a simple and user-friendly way. There are also endless opportunities to analyze the organization from different perspectives to develop the company in the best way!

Maybe a bit confusing for managers regarding how many in their team that actually points out a specific area of improvement.

Eletive helps us manage and develop our company, our employees and our managers in a very effective and easy way.

Eletive truely points out to all the strength and weakness. It really help improve the workplace, and get everyone to understand their part in an organisation.

It all points to how the employer and emolyees weakness. But its a good thing though

**What do you like best about Eletive?**

The user interface is very friendly, as is the customer success manager - has been very easy to reach and very helpful all the way!
I also like the theory of pulse surveys and the flexibility in being able to have them in different intervalls.
Many functions have great flexibility if you want to personalize to your organization!

**What do you dislike about Eletive?**

There are some features that could be enhanced in the way of not needing to click in too many steps, to more easily change things that are standard (like e-mails and surveys and tips).
Also how the results are shown (and how to show them) could maybe be a bit easier from an admin/manager perspective.

**What problems is Eletive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To continously being able to follow our organizations well-being and employee experience. Also - which is very important - the possibility for all employees to follow their own progress and experience/well-bing. In comparison to having surveys once/year which employees never can see their own results/part in.

**What do you like best about Eletive?**

To be able to evaluate how the company is doing. What do they/we enjoy and what needs to be improved. I really like the comment function where everyone gets the opportunity to bring up something that might be difficult to address in a meeting.

**What do you dislike about Eletive?**

There is really nothing I dislike about Eletive. I am impressed by how many features there are and that you can customize the evaluation according to your own needs. Possibly, the questions can be designed/formulated a bit complicated at times.

**What problems is Eletive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We could, for example, see that we scored lowest on health and chose to bring in an ergonomist who reviewed our workplaces and recommended any necessary aids. We can link, for example, a lower result with something specific that has happened within the company. We have the opportunity to follow up and manage the results that come in.

**What do you like best about Eletive?**

I like that the system is easy to use for both administrators and employees, simple installation, and it was easy to manage and roll out. The employee survey consists of good questions that cover the most important drivers behind well-being and engagement, and all responses are anonymous! You get great support from Eletive all the way, right from the start you get an onboarding meeting where you learn how Eletive works, how we can communicate, and how everything is set up in the tool. The support team answers all our questions or support issues quickly and efficiently. I really like the feature for suggested actions. You can either use Eletive's suggested actions written by organizational psychologists or create your own suggested actions as an administrator in Eletive. What I like most is that all responses are anonymous and no one can see what each individual has answered!

**What do you dislike about Eletive?**

It would have been good to have a ready integration with our HR system Huma. Also missing are some different "ready-made packages" with various questions, with proven surveys. I have only used the program for a few months and so far I am very satisfied!

**What problems is Eletive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Excellent engagement tool! Supports us with tips and recommendations to create a better workplace for everyone. We better understand which areas we need to improve in the company. You can see your personal results and access various tips from the program on what you can do to improve different areas to increase our well-being and engagement in the company. All employees have the opportunity to influence by answering important questions in surveys. The survey only takes a few minutes to answer and you can respond from your PC, mobile, or tablet. The function for suggested actions is excellent, it provides the opportunity to easily work with actions specifically linked to a question. It greatly facilitates our HR work!

**What do you like best about Eletive?**

Eletive is very easy to use. It provides insight in the drivers for employee engagement. The questionnaire is very flexible, and available in a lot of languages (easy to set up by all users individually). You can easily adjust questions, make your own surveys, change the frequency. But most of all, you can get instant insight in employee engagement. This helps to foster discussions in the organisation, and to improve employee engagement directly.

**What do you dislike about Eletive?**

I honestly can't think of anything I dislike about the platform. I am a big fan of Eletive.

We are struggling with high workload. We want to improve the vitality of our colleagues and organisation. Eletive really helps to pinpoint our areas for improvement, to boost discussions and to engage everyone in developing solutions.

That the employee can see their own results and get tips on how to improve their own work situation. It takes some of the load off HR and managmenet and encourages self leadership.

**What do you dislike about Eletive?**

There is nothing I dislike. The only challenge we have as a smaller organization is that managers of small groups don't always see a result for their team which can be diffcult when they want to work with the result.

It is solving our problem of not being able to ask our employees on a more tight frequency how they are feeling and what challenges they have in their work situation.

**What do you like best about Eletive?**

Eletiv is a simple to use, intuitive and insightful tool that enables real insights from the team in an anonymous way. We have used it to uncover truths about our team that we were not previously aware of and its allowed us to tweak our management approach, training and team well being, as well as weeding out issues we were previously unaware of.

**What do you dislike about Eletive?**

To be honest I can't see any downside to the tool itself. Billing wise I would have preferred a monthly subscription model rather than paying for the tool in full up front. Otherwise i think it's great!

**What problems is Eletive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whistleblowing has been exceptionally useful at uncovering issues inside the business we were unaware of. By also leaving comments when leaving ratings has enabled us to uncover serious issues with our team, and communicate directly with the person reporting the issues on our resolution. This has been exceptionally powerful.

We have gotten so much useful data to improve our organisation, compared to the previous short questionnaire we had. The results are clear and easy to understand, and the heatmap gives a nice overview. Also Freja has been really helpful during the process!

I cannot think of any downsides yet. We have had one questionnaire with Eletive now and so far we have been really happy.

Eletive is giving us clearer view on what we should do so that our employees were happier with us. We've had some organizational changes going on, so it's important to understand how the employees feel during this all.

**What do you like best about Eletive?**

An excellent introduction to the system. The way the implementation meetings were set up was good. Short sessions with specific topics. Not too much at once and an excellent distribution of tasks between Eletive and our company. The system is simple (in a good way) and manageable without you needing many hours of training to understand the results. Good support in case of errors with the system. Good follow-up by the customer handlers.

**What do you dislike about Eletive?**

No negative experience with Eletive so far. The system is relatively new to us and so far we have not experienced any issues that cannot be fixed. Small bumps in the road that cannot be reversed, but this is acceptable and will work as it should in the future.

**What problems is Eletive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps us improve the working environment. A tool that makes it easier for our managers, at all levels, to understand the company and our employees. Good support that gives advice to both managers and employees on how to handle situations that are perceived as negative.

Problem with some emails not being delivered. The mix of Swedish/English in documents, etc., is annoying. Streamline so that Swedish is separate and English is separate.

The simplicity of the program, together with the overview are the best parts. Also, customer service has been very supportive during our implementation of Eletive in the Nordic countries.

It always takes time to manually update changes in Eletive, such as when new employees  are hired, when changes needs to be made and when people are leaving the company.
