I would love to see multiple filters on the dashboard. I like Docket for different reasons, for example, it helps a lot in the sales process and we get real-time information, in addition to that, its AI feature are amazing and I loved that it provides good and accurate answers and each of its functions are utilized. We have a comprehensive platform that solves a lot of use cases and challenges. I love how DocketAI can quickly answer and summarises details across a number of valuable internal resources that we have. It's very simple, tribal knowledge in incredibly valuable but can be very hard to track espeically what you have a team that is changing every quarter or half year. With remote work that makes things even more difficult. Docket makes it so that tribal knowledge is easily accessible and doesn't eat up the majority of my day as a sales leader like it use to.

The tool is only as good as the data you feed it so there is always that challenge but it has grown in leaps and bounds at our org. I wish that there was more of a conversational feel to it rather than having to tag the bot each time. Docket able to accurately provide me with sales answer for question that I don't know about product that I am selling. Finding the answer is easy, just need to write the question and keyword on Slack, and the AI assistant will find all related topic and answer in second! Integration with Slack is easy, I just need to copy the API token and it is automatically connect both program. No technical experience needed for the process.
