There are very few drawbacks — but to be fully transparent: during the initial rollout there was a small effort required to classify our many product modules and define routing rules. Because we have a complex solution rich in workflows, we had to spend time refining content. But this setup paid off quickly and the support from the Docket team helped streamline that process.
