What we love most about DocketAI is how seamlessly it connects engagement with conversion. In our world — communications — clarity and timing matter. Docket’s AI agent delivers both. The result is that our prospects get immediate answers about complex products like Ooma Office or AirDial, and our reps walk into conversations that are already qualified. What do you dislike about DocketAI?

There’s very little to dislike. The setup process is simple, but for companies with multiple product lines (like us), you’ll want to invest time upfront to ensure each line has tailored conversation flows. That said, Docket’s onboarding team handled most of this quickly, and the platform has continued learning our nuances since launch. What do you like best about DocketAI?

What stands out is how the agent feels like an extension of our team, not just another widget. On our factory-software site, prospects often land with questions about modules, integrations, or workflow automation — but leave when they don’t get instant engagement. With Docket, visitors get a meaningful interaction right away: the agent asks the right questions, offers relevant content, and routes serious leads directly to our sales team. What do you dislike about DocketAI?

There are very few drawbacks — but to be fully transparent: during the initial rollout there was a small effort required to classify our many product modules and define routing rules. Because we have a complex solution rich in workflows, we had to spend time refining content. But this setup paid off quickly and the support from the Docket team helped streamline that process.
