"No transparency on renewals -- conned us into another year"

I don't like anything about cognism. the platform is very basic and expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cognism?

Very shady business practices.

The company didn't inform us of our renewal and when we inquired about cancelling -- they told us it autorenewed and it was too late to cancel even though it was only a week later.Was not assigned a CSM / AM at the time. Would never recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
