What do you like best about Better Stack?

Just works. The free plan has everything I need (custom domain status pages, nice looks, email notifications, maintenence scheduling, comments, custom logos). Way better than UptimeRobot. Customer support even on the free plan treated me with respect. Implementation and integration was also very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Better Stack?

The push notifications are behind a paywall, which I don't mind very much, however I don't think it costs 25 bucks a month to push a notification to a server. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Better Stack?

Better Stack enables us to take a more pro-active stance towards our customers every day of our work. We receive alerts about downtime instantanously, ensuring that we can swiftly respond to any issues that our customer experiences. The status page enable us to get a good overview of a specific set of monitors, and we can share them (if we wish) with our customers as well. The on-call system can text or call us, or send updates to Slack, when there is an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Better Stack?

There is not really a lot that we dislike about Better Stack. If I had to mention a few "nice to haves" that we'd like to see in the future, it's UI/IX improvements in the admin panel, more support for customization on status pages (mostly in regard to how it looks), whitelabelling, etc.

Having said that, the support team is *very* receptible to feedback and many of the features I've suggested or requested have been implemented since. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We loved everything - from the initial implementation, their customer support was amazing. We were looking for something that's easy to use and integrate. Better Stack is an powerful and helpful tool to monitor server status and get alerts about any incidents, even on the basic plan. This tool offers many features and configuration options to always keep an eye on the server status. It can be decided independently which statuses should only be internally and which should be publicly visible. What do you like best about Better Stack?

I use Better Stack to monitor my web applications constantly. Better Stack keeps me updated with monitoring them and alerts me when there is a problem. It's super easy to use, and while I dread the "your site is down" emails, they are very helpful. I'm able to respond to outages quickly. Better Stack always has my back.

I interact with the communication that they provide. For some of my apps, it sends me text messages and emails, which is extremely helpful. Better Stack allows me to acknowledge the incidents, which would be more helpful if I had a team around me. My company is just me, and seeing a Resolved email come through is fantastic.

I haven't used customer support because the products stand so well on their own.

It was super easy to implement monitoring, and now I don't even think about it. I'm very happy with their service. I haven't had to integrate it with systems other than my cell and email, but there are many options for integration beyond my needs.

For usage of the site, I don't have to think about it since everything is working like a well-oiled machine. I interact with it when there is a problem, but most of the time, I don't actually need to go to their site as a solopreneur. The communication from them is superior to other options out there. I also use the site to set up new applications when I create them, but that isn't a daily occurrence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Better Stack?

BetterUptime from Better Stack has been a game-changer for me. I've found it to be incredibly user-friendly, making it a breeze to use regularly. What's even more impressive is how easy it was to get it up and running. The implementation process was straightforward, and I was able to integrate it into my network without any headaches. One of the standout features of Better Uptime is its exceptional customer support. They're always quick to respond and extremely helpful in resolving any issues that come up. I use Better Uptime frequently to keep a centralized eye on my entire network. It's become an essential tool for me, ensuring that I'm always aware of the status of my network. Plus, it's fantastic for keeping my users informed about the network's status and any planned maintenance or similar events. And something that I really like is the ability to receive calls and SMS alerts during issues. While my experience with Better Uptime from Better Stack has been very positive, it's worth noting that the lack of integrated server monitoring might be a downside for some. Better Uptime relies on integrating with standard industry tools for this feature. This hasn't been an issue for me, but it could matter to those who prefer an all-in-one solution. What do you like best about Better Stack?

I was looking for a cheaper alternative of Papertrail and I immediately liked the slick design of BetterStack. They have basic metrics too so it could also be a replacement for Datadog if you don't need all the overkill features. Their support is nice and reactive: they were quick to resolve a bug in my configuration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Better Stack?

The metrics need some kind of auto-discovery feature. They have templates for K8, postgres etc but t currently requires some complex SQL queries that I didn't feel like digging into. That said, I signed up for logging and metrics was a bonus to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm extremely pleased with basically everything about Better Stack: the tool provides a plug-and-play solution to a problem, the interface is user-friendly, the tutorial was well-explained, and it's clearly documented. Using Python, the implementation was extremely simple.
